Girl you hair is popping , nice hair growth. Am coming up to 1yr and 6months natural with good growth but am still the laziest natural lol. Am with you on this journey so keep d videos coming.
Beautiful! I'm right there with you. I'm 20 months post relaxer and 5 months since my big chop. So i'm fully invested in your progress as it helps me compare where i should be in my journey as well. Thanks! And I'll be watching...
You could create one of those "ruler" t-shirts people use to keep track of their growth. That might make it easier to really see how much progress you've made.
+Tatiana I can notice it more when it comes to the front & sides, but not quite so for the back. So yes, that might work better for that area or maybe I'll wear a different top.
+Emerald Cookies To keep my hair healthy and in good condition. I'd like to grow it long (like I did with my relaxed hair) but my main focus is health, rather than obsessing over length, as that will eventually come with time.
Your hair seems to have grown alot in those 3 months. Do you find that having the relaxed ends cut off makes your hair thrive more? I'm asking because I'm only five months into my transition and don't know whether I should transition after one or two years.
+Magnolia86 Some say it does, but to be honest, I have nothing to compare it to so don't know for sure. But it's easier to manage because you're not dealing with the two textures. I transitioned for 18 months, only because I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the length when I BC'd. So if that isn't an issue for you, then do it sooner.
Wow you're hair is progressing nicely! but you don't take anymore vitamins? Cause before I recall you taking biotin and I have wanted to start adding that to my regimen.
+Grace jentry Thank you 😊 Yes, I'm currently taking the Nature's Way Alive Women's Multi-Vitamin tablets and been using it for 2 months now. I mentioned it towards the end of the video. Maybe you missed that part.
+Vimbai Sasa Awww...thank you! 😚 Ahhh...don't worry, just keep going. Maybe try some of the methods in my video and hopefully overtime, you'll eventually start seeing better results.
+Victoria Joseph Hey, it means using a plastic bag or cling film (also known as Saran Wrap) to cover your hair after you've moisturised it. The aim is to trap the moisture in, keeping your hair well moisturised. I like to do mine overnight, although there's different ways to do it. An oil can also be added to seal in the moisture.
Healthy Afro Hair this has really helped me to retain length as well...I usually mist my hair with water first and use an oil blend and cover my hair with two plastic caps and a scarf...great video👑😍
My name is Yolanda your head is beautiful what color lipstick are you wearing please I look forward to seeing more of your videos I'm new to your Channel thank you
+Y Barrett Hey, welcome to my channel and thank you 😊 If you check the 'Make Up' section in the description box, I've provided all the details there (just keep scrolling till you see it) But just so you know, I used both a lip gloss & lipstick together.
It's been 3 and a half months since my big chop, so here's my hair update/length check video, showing you how things have progressed. Hope you enjoy 😊

What are your natural hair goals
+Emerald Cookies To keep my hair healthy and in good condition. I'd like to grow it long (like I did with my relaxed hair) but my main focus is health, rather than obsessing over length, as that will eventually come with time.
Wow, I'm 11 months post Relaxer but I have 3c/4a hair
I won't be big chopping because my hair has always been long😊

+Grace jentry ....But I stopped taking biotin a long time ago now. There wasn't anything wrong, I just wanted to try out multi-vitamins.
Your hair is healthy and gorgeous, l have been natural for over 10 years and your hair is longer than mine😥.
+Vimbai Sasa Awww...thank you! 😚 Ahhh...don't worry, just keep going. Maybe try some of the methods in my video and hopefully overtime, you'll eventually start seeing better results.

Is this 3months and half hair? Girl is really impossible. I don't care what anyone says but to me that's a 4-5 months hair
Totally unrelated but I always thought your partner would be white lol
