- It has been a while since I updated you all on my fibroid journey. I have received several questions from women asking about different ways to eliminate uterine fibroids naturally. I'm here to share my experience and let you know that it is possible. As someone who was diagnosed with uterine fibroids many years ago, I understand that eliminating fibroids is not an easy journey, especially for those wanting to avoid surgery and eliminate fibroids naturally through diet modifications, supplements, and herbs.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video! I'm trying to get a hold of the fibroid growth in my uterus. About a year and a half a go I discovered I had a fibroid the size of a lemon. I had heavy cramping right around my menstrual cycle and sex was uncomfortable. I knew something was wrong. I drank celery juice and it seemed to help my issue. I didn't cramp anymore and I felt like within three weeks of eating no meat and no dairy and no breads or white rice most of my symptoms went away. I slowly began to eat turkey, chicken, and fish. Then the last 7 months I started eating red meat and lots more chicken and pork. I can tell my fibroid possibly fibroids are out of control. I am really bloated and can't button my jeans! Sorry for the long story, but I am so so grateful to have this video so I can add to my fibroid diet! Thank you! Thank you! Celery I will continue to do but now I can add more strawberries and watermelon..more red/pink to my diet. I had no idea. Also the vita is totally new to me. I am going to get that right away!! I started taking Cordyceps about 3 years ago and minimal change to my diet, but I to vittex, maca and vitamin D and I truly believe this help my fibroid decrease for the last 3 years. My Doctor was amazed and so was I.
What about protocol for women who already went through menopause but still can't get rid of fibroids? Anyone have their story to share? Would you change up this protocol or keep it? Thinking b/c by then there are no more periods, so how do you know when to take herbs?

I do not drink coffee. I drink herbal teas daily. Yerba Mate is a great coffee substitute. 😊
This was super helpful. I came across this video about 3 months ago - I could feel the fibroid and I was told by the fertility doctor about them blocking my tubes, etc... I began taking Cordyceps and Lion's Mane (for mental boost) and I can barely feel the fibroid. Of course, I will be going to get a sonogram, etc... to confirm but just not being able to feel that huge lump has me sold. I'll have concrete answers in a few weeks. Bless you for this!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with fibroids. I have 3 small fibroids. I got them shortly after having my son 12 years ago. It seems like my body changed so much after childbirth. I came across your video because I am looking for natural ways for heal my body from the fibroids. This was very helpful. I'm doing my research on different herbs that have all of the daily nutrients in them so that I can transition to a vegan life style. Its just challenging for me because my body craves protein.
Try protein powder, a lot of fitness people use it. Just research the best ones. Their are organic protein ones too.
You are so welcome! As long as you eat a well rounded diet, your need for supplements will decrease. In regards to protein, beans, tofu, and tempeh are wonderful options. Since I am fairly active, I also drink a plant based protein shake every morning.

I would like to know how long it took you until you eliminated all the fibroid s and how big were they?
Post-surgery, I had multiple fibroids ranging in size from one centimeter to 6 centimeters. My ultrasounds were a little over 2 years apart, so it's difficult to say precisely how long it took to shrink and eliminate some of those fibroids. However, the bulge in my lower abdomen was gone in about 6 months. I was no longer experiencing extreme lower back pain or pelvic pressure after about 2 months, and my menstrual cycles were far more bearable within 3 months.

I love my perfumes. Did you also remove fragrances and perfumed topical agents? Did you eat an organic diet?
My diet consists of organic and NON GMO foods. I don't typically wear perfume or use fragrant lotions, detergents soaps, etc, because they irritate my skin.

Hi Jessica thank you so much for this video! I only recently got diagnosed with multifibroid uterus. I can feel the bulge from outside, apparently they are quite large and I am slim. I am single so surgery is a no no for me as well. natural route it is until the babies start coming. Ive been making smoothies as a major part of my diet for some days now. I want to start taking Omega 3 supplements for hair health, any idea if it would hurt or help? what about yogurt and almond milk? I always use those in my smoothies as I stopped talking cow milk a while ago. Are they good or bad for healing?
I used to take Omega 3 supplements immediately following my surgery. Now I prefer hemp seeds, chia seeds, and seaweed instead of the supplements. I alternate between almond milk and hemp milk from day to day for variety. I use non dairy greek style yogurt regularly and am still doing well. I hope this helps you on your journey! 💜

I just subscribed and am going to follow your instructions. I began menstrating at 11 yrs old. I have been suffering from Anemia ever since. I was unable to take any supplements for the low iron because it made me physically ill... You name any iron supplement and I’ve tried it. I’ve always had heavy and painful periods and missed out on so much. Left school early or couldn’t go bcuz I had no energy and I would be nervous that I’d have an accident even though I had tampons and backup pads on. It wasn’t until I was in my early twenties that I told a Dr that I had been experiencing a cycle for 8 days and I had a painful and tender area on my lower abdomen. I felt like she didn’t care enough to investigate bcuz of my age and quickly ordered an ultrasound and prescribed birth control to help. When the ultrasound came back she acted the same way and although she saw some fibroids and cyst she was not concerned due to their size. At one point she recommended that I take a BC pill but never do the cycle week and to continue with a new pack. Before that I tried the Ortho patch felt like I was gonna die bcuz my heart pounded like it was gonna come out of my chest, then Microgestion which wasn’t entirely bad but I gained weight and had emotional issues after starting them, then lastly the one that she told me to continue to take straight through to the new pack. It was to act as the brand Seasonale but I guess my Insurance didn’t cover that brand. I had to stop taking this one don’t remember the name but I had such severe pain on my cycle that I was scared that I might have been having a miscarriage. That day I passed a clot so big I really thought I was gonna die. Anyway it would be several years before I would attempt another BC. This is so long I’m gonna cut this off here and continue later bcuz my story is far from over. Throughout this whole journey I will say, physical activity, the love of green food and prenatal shave contributed widely as having any kind of quality of life. TBC

@@keishahenry8200 Hi, yes! I've tried everything. Nothing works. I've tried all pill forms and as quick as they go down they come back up. In liquid form I get the opposite of constipation. I maintain a high iron diet and this still doesn't help. The only thing that works temporarily is an iron infusion and I have already spoken to a doctor about getting a UFE. This should fix the problem temp or permanently.

I admire the need for educating ourselves and not just accepting one or two options but doing the research and finding out what will work for us as an individual not as a number or just a symptom. Do you suggest that people shouldn’t take birth control pills? I’ve been a vegan since July of 2018, but my doctor put me on lo estrin birth control pills. Any suggestions?
People shouldn't not take it because its a synthetic hormone
I personally made the decision to stop taking birth control pills in 2020. The first thing I noticed was that my mood improved. I felt calmer and more upbeat on most days. It took about 3 months for my hormones to adjust and during those 3 months my skin broke out (acne) on my face, chest, and shoulders. Though the acne was not something I enjoyed, I am very pleased with my decision.

What are you using for iron? Especially having huge blood clots due to fibrods.

Thankfully, my diet provides me with a sufficient amount of iron. No iron supplements needed.
If your not reading red meat you can’t get enough iron with our supplementing.
I had never had issues with iron being low until my DVT. I am using a specific multi vitamin. My iron has gone up and thankfully never had to take a pill.

Fibroids are either removed surgically or they shrink gradually due to things like reduced blood flow to the fibroid. I hope this helps!

Hi Jamie. To answer your question, shrunk fibroids are eliminated by the body in form of clots that’ll look like a period. So never through urine. Hope that helps!
Hi Thankyou for the on point info, today l got my diagnosis and l have fibroid and that’s causing all the issues during the cycle. I am thinking to take Vitex capsules to shrink them but confused about doses, is there is any specific rules like taking them on the first day of period or l can start taking whenever l want and will it cause any issue with the cycle,could you please help?
Note: My menstrual cycle is fine (28-30 days), but l get excruciating pain for 2-3 hours + vomiting + diarrhea + fatigue
Always follow the recommended dosage from the company you purchase your capsules from. Traditionally, Vitex is not used during your period nor in combination with hormonal birth control.

Eggs and dairy is the biggest source of excess estrogen in the human diet.

I cut out beef and pork, I plan to cut out dairy and eggs and to cut back on sugars. At the moment I’m taking Maca Root,Fenugreek,Vitamin D,Raspberry leaf,and Wild Yam Root supplements. I had my fibroids removed for the second time about 3 weeks ago, this time the fibroids had to be removed the same way a woman having a c section. I have a cycle of 32 days. I started having heavy periods which led me to do an ultrasound. Doc told me i have 2 fibroids one in fundus (uterus) 2.5 CM and one in cervix which is of size 4.5. I m vegetarian since my childhood and I don't even consume dairy products 🥺 Doc has suggested to remove the one on my cervix. I am really confused. Can vitex help Or should I check my hormone levels before taking vitex. I m so confused. With all this heavy flow I suffer from anaemia.

I highly recommended having your hormone levels checked prior to using vitex. Adding some anti-inflammatory foods + roots + spices to your daily diet may also be useful. As frustrating (and confusing) as it may all seem, do not give up on yourself. You deserve healing!

It could be plastics. Water bottles containers we microwave food in all of those help to create fibroids. Also emotional stress and acid vs alkaline sperm of our partners. You may be vegetarian but if you’re partner isn’t healthy that contributes to womb trauma and illness.

Modifying my diet played a major role in restoring my uterine health.
Well I went vegan and mine didn't shrink, I will say it all depends on your body. I learn recently that they feed on sugar. So I am doing sugar free for 90 days and get an ultrasound done to see if that works. I am also taking several herbal supplements. I am still.vegan.
I think it helps, but you must exercise as well. I agree with eating less sugar and lower your stress. Take supplements and vitamin D too.

I get the rest of what you said but eliminating meat is not helpful. I actually know someone who was able to get pregnant after the started consuming animal products.
