Good morning, I'm a new subsriber to your channel. Thank you so much for the wonderful tips and advice I'll will discover in details watching your past videos. However, for now, I was wondering if you had done anything around relieving/correcting hyperlordosis conditions? If so, would you please give me the reference of the video? Any way, I'm thrilled to discover your channel more in depth. Thank you.
I haven't done anything specific to that condition. However, improving glute strength may help to posteriorly tilt the pelvis. Try these ones: ruclips.net/video/RkHIWAdjHh0/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/cpC8uApuvD8/видео.html
This is definitely my kind of exercise 🎉

Hey man plz make video on how to lower heart rate for young ones. Mine resting is 80-85 how to lower at 60-70?.
Your heart rate at rest will reduce as you get fitter, so do more exercise that gets you breathless.
