Playing tug of war with my buddy's chevy it spun all 4 tires even with open front and rear diffs, but the traction control on those are very good. You said you gotta stay out of the ruts when pulling the sxs out with the dozer.....lmfao. You could’ve locked all four tires down and the dozer would pull you sideways through a tree. Haha

@@jerrymyahzcat ya they always do that which we tested in the snow and whit trc off the micra wouldn't move whit it on no problem
Neil Murphy sometimes you need it on, other times off because it can cut the power. To go up a steep(ish) gravel road in my 2WD Accord I had to turn off VSA or it just kept cutting the power to avoid wheelspin and I needed the spin to progress. But that’s an older system and different to what’s in these 4x4s
TundraDude34 shared a video not too long ago with some of the details of the 2021 Tundra.
All I could think of watching this was the song "the truck got stuck" by corb lund
The TITAN is still my favorite truck!
Thank You. Outstanding presentation. Keep up the good work.
You said you gotta stay out of the ruts when pulling the sxs out with the dozer.....lmfao. You could’ve locked all four tires down and the dozer would pull you sideways through a tree. Haha
A 430 gear? What in the absolute F. It should come with 35" or larger tires.
Everything should
It’s for towing my boy
How many times did TFL do tundra review??don't you get bored
I immediately notice an error you're not meant to turn off traction control if you're stuck because you want all four tires spinning the same speed you want the one with grip spinning while the other 3 are not
What are most reliable older diesel trucks? planning on doing a road trip/live in camper top(or truck bed camper)and hauling a small car or motorcycle. Dont want the mpg hit of gas.
Good stuff Stephen. This may not have been the 4Runner breaking through ice run everyone raves about, but it was fair. And the recovery parts were enjoyable as well. Proves not even a standard tractor can get it done. As much as I appreciate the quality of Toyota, I still don't understand what that Tundra is good for. The 3/4 ton that it is, is not competitive in MPG, towing, payload or off road prowess compared to competitors. The Tacoma is, but this thing.. I just don't get it.
Everything that got stuck just made the tundra look better.
Hey, Stephen -thanks for the video! Can you give us any insight on why the TRD Pro comes with the Convenience Package in Canada, but not in the US...? 🤔
You could have easily made it out if you hadn't come to a complete stop at the end. You didnt have to gun it or thrash it but had you not stopped you'd have easily made it.
4 wheel low with traction control on to let the attrac work. No worries
The Toyota definitely reversed out better than the Nissan did
I can’t tell if this is a joke lol. “The Toyota did a better job of not making it!”
This color needs to be offered every year
I would like to see how the power wagon would act in that much mud going up hill. I know it has the lockers but it also is very heavy. Last year hunting I had to pull out a 2500 dodge 4x4 with the diesel and good tires. It was only in 5 inches of mud but was totally worthless. He was getting stuck over and over.I figured it had to be the weight of the truck. My 1500 chevy silverado 4x4 went like nothing was there.
Thought they he was going to have to call Winder Towing!
What was the mosquito situation like?
I thought they would not give you another truck after the treatment you gave to the 2019 4runner!
Where was the ditch
thank you for sharing very good truck . i am old . carry high lift jack x bag by a.r.b have rear winch on sxs 300 ft. rope . traction aids . enjoyed your video been there two manny times i look like round world travler with all my stuff . god bless take care happy fathers day to your dad
Great video thank you!
You do a damn good job! Keep it coming!
Really wished the tundra was cheaper for my needs. I tow lots of things near 10k pounds and the price of the toyota tundra can get me a f250 diesel with more ground clearance.
Power Wagon don’t care! But in all seriousness it would be cool to leave the mud pit like it is and see which trucks can make it through the way it is now
Great video as always.
I wonder if you had better tires would you have made it
Love this guy! More video from him plz
Do they sell them used afterwards because it’s all scratched up now and underneath is far from new now
Tundra is a cool truck shouldn’t be a bad thing it doesn’t have all the new fancy tech But most the stuff u never use and if u keep it out of warranty all that options and tech will break and be major money to repair/ replace
Where is this trail located? Any difference in the 2019 and 2020 tundra trd pro?
I love my ZR2 Bison
Nice Review, The Titan is competes more the the standard TRD Offroad, it does not have a lift like the TRD pro Does.
Love my Pro4x. I got 3 inch lift as a dealer installed and warranted option and many other options not offered by Tundra. I still came out over 6k cheaper than Tundra.
Did u try n use the bucket to get the tractor unstuck...
The Ranger looks like it needs a tire setup other than stock tires.
Waiting for Tundra Diesel then 15 years so I can (maybe) afford one, lol
Very educational.
I'm surprised it doesn't come with all terrain tires like bf good wrenches or Firestone destination at2s
now i want to go trailin in my yota hopefully I don't get stuck
Nicely done ✔ 👏
Same boring truck. The video was entertaining though. I liked it.
