I’ve read most of these but I would give a caveat to 48 laws of power. There’s a little bit of darkness in there along the lines of Machiavelli. In fact it’s more of an updated version of “The Prince.” Some good stuff, to be aware of, but I wouldn’t go around practicing some of the laws he talks about.

@Jan Norris. Good point. I would say that many of us, don't drink enough water thus affecting our health. Children and young people are particularly at risk because they are being tempted by aspartame drinks, and other rubbish. Amazing. Even though I put into practice what you exposed here and I have been practicing it for years, it's always great and helpful to have a refresh on what we do and know as a confirmation that what we do is and are the right things. Thank you so much, Jim. I appreciate this video a lot.

I hate to say this cuz its cliche- but this has to be one of the most important videos in all of youtube. This can apply to anybody from any culture. Brilliant video.
1. mental excersize is the most important...do puzzles, read hard stuff...THINK 2. Keep blood pressure and bad cholestrol under control 3. No smoking (includes weed) and drink rarely 4. do good and not evil, do not lie, cheat or steal...let your brain be happy, not full of guilt and bad intentions.
Sleep, diet, kindness. After you achieve autonomy, of course. As hard as that is, if you can do those three and still support yourself, they must be in the right proportion.

So after watching this video, I noticed that my whole life I have been tossed around by the wind of circumstances having no idea what and why things were happening to me and why. Simply because I lacked the awareness of this knowledge
Me too. I finally discovered that I have what’s called the Passive Personality type. It’s how I was born. It sucks big time. I’ve pondered this my whole life, now 71. It has doomed me to a very small life, one that is painful to think back on. I hope there is a good afterlife for me, cuz I’ve been screwed royally in this one. And to the haters, I know, some folks go,t it worse. That line of thinking is useless, proven so.
I'm with you on the need to pay attention to nutrients. Most of the ones listed are already in my diet. But there's on in particular that's debatable. Eggs. While I eat them occasionally, a non-cholesterol alternative with the same nutritional value are hemp seed nuts. Eggs are problematic due to science labs studying and testing various pathogens, which often use eggs as their protein source, thus these pathogens, when they escape from the lab, gravitate toward that food source.
7:58 Electricity. We are fully charged with electricity. Can't be good. Just saw Earthing the Movie on RUclips. Touching the earth with you bare feet or hands reduces inflammation like arthritis. Better sleeping and more health benefits are mentioned. Because it's still cold outside since I watched the movie, I couldn't try it out myself. The is a short version (15 minutes) and the original version. Would be amazing if this would help.
I found these videos with subliminal messages that you put on while you sleep; rain, crickets, etc. The subliminal messages are on a frequency that you cannot consciously hear. Positive reinforcements. Thought it was hokey, but after 2 weeks of trying this, I swear by it. I have a super high stress job with a lot of unexpected chaos, and I have little patience. The internal, mental reaction I now have to these stressful situations is extraordinary...internally I FEEL calm, therefore my reaction to others is calm. I’m a converted believer!
I have all the foods you mentioned which I love (salmon, avocado, blueberries, turmeric, dark chocolate..) not broccoli coz me no like! Ok for spinach 🙂 Also now during plandemic, I highly recommend vit c, d and zinc..big time! Boosts your immunity

Your videos are awesome and I respect you for all the work you put on it! Keep it up!
So much knowledge in one video thank you!
Thanks, Jim. Amazing 10/10 video. Very appreciated!
Absolutely fantastic information, delivered at a speed I can digest!
This is a genuinely brilliant fking video. thank you for putting this out there, more people need to see this !
Thank you very much Jim 🙏
Good health diet:
Avocados, blueberries, brocoli, coconut oil, eggs, green leafy vegetables, salmon, turmeric, walnuts, dark chocolat
So clear and to the point, if only doing it was so simple.
Although my smoothies actually almost contain all the good food 😋
Everyone should see this video. It’s all true.
If the company you keep isn't lifting you up they're certainly keeping you down.

Brain/ body is quietest in sleep so dreams are our souls way to get our attention and communicte with us.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
A lot of this is common sense but still a great refresher on the topics I haven’t been giving enough thought!
Somewhat on track, thanks
👏🏼FANTASTIC VIDEO! A great refresher per the New Year! Thank you!👏🏼
I loved this - it assured me I am doing the right things - just need to work on my sleep a little bit - 🙌🏻
YeS Verey great advice. Thank You sír.
Thank you for this wonderful information 🍀💥❤️
Great suggestions. I was happy to see I routinely eat everything on the list. The stress and worry thing is another matter.
