Here's a simple acronym to help reprogram your mind: CAFI
C - Clarity: Be clear in what you want to believe - works best with *writing*
A - Affirmations: Tell your subconscious what you want to believe - works best with *meditation*
F - Facts: Find logical proof to support your belief - works best with *reading*
I - Identity : Become the person who believes - works best with *action*

Not everyone can be a rockstar, for example. You need to have a good singing voice. Most people don't. So you cannot simply believe that you have and then manifest it. You either have a good voice or you don't.
Same with songwriting. Someone like Elton John for instance, wrote a tune spontaneously, on the spot after a TV audience member asked if he could do it. He rattled one off in a couple of minutes ! Because he had God given ability to do so. For the rest of us, we couldn't do that no matter how much we believed we could.

I feel ya, but Dr. Bruce Lipton does not have a correct understanding of epigentics. I think childhood traumas are better dealt with in proper (expensive) therapy with a psychologist who understands the specific type of trauma. Otherwise, we are just working hard at overcome "demons" while hardly keeping our heads above water.
Many people (myself especially) have tried multiple psychologists before finding someone who was suitable. This is emotionally difficult since talking about traumas with so many different people, so many times, is overwhelming.

Great video. Dr. Bruce Lipton is absolutely right. Ultimately your beliefs, values and the identity you have acquired over a period of time, especially during your imprint period - 0 - 7 years profoundly controls your life. What is scary is that they are all at the subconscious level. It is possible to unearth them and replace them easily and effectively if you know the right tools or you have access to people who are adept at using such tools.

  • @meakinjay
    @meakinjay 5 лет назад +13

Thanks for this. Wasn't Dr. Bruce Lipton featured in the documentary " Root Cause "?. I like how he tied in the subconscious to biology. I read "the power of your subconscious mind" when I was 17. been practicing the techniques for years, but when my relationship started failing I stopped believing in myself. It may have even been before that. I look back, now at 52 and think " yup, there was a turning point " My ex-wife did not believe that a person could think their way to health. I've known this for a very long time, but what I didn't recognize is that a person can think their way to sickness also. I've tried to influence my children to think positively and use their subconscious to get better sleep, fend off illness, do better in school. I fought a battle with my ex-wife over this for years and her argument was " you never took biology, you don't know anything " ( she's a nurse ). She also convinced my children that I didn't know anything with the same argument. At the height of our dysfunction, I got sick with a brain infection. Had it not been for excellent medical care, and my original programming I'm sure that I would have died. ( but at the time, it never even came into my mind that I would die ) Many health care people I spoke with said this to me afterward. What they did not know about me is that I had parents that taught me I could achieve anything. I remember thinking "Hey, these surgeons and nurses know what they're doing. It's my job to believe I'm going to get better. the rest is up to them" Now is my time to re-set and re-train. Removing the negative influences in my life is where I'm starting. remembering my dad's advice " you are what you think about "...and the last advice he gave me before he passed away; " Be kind "

Don't be fooled. Headphones at night does NOT trigger gene expression.
Epigenetics are (by definition) beyond our control. It's kind of like "potential". If you have "potential" to love wine (due to a genetically sensitive tongue), then you may love it at first sip. Listening to mantras or sounds of wine will never change this. Gene expression (epigenetics) are not within our control.
However, people have been claiming science has New Age powers and giving their money to Deepak Chopra and Tony Robbins and such and such and so on and so forth for decades and centuries and so on and so forth

He is almost right. The repeating of 'i'm happy' when you are not happy, will reprogram you to think your crap feeling are 'happiness', not make you happy. That is how people start thinking physical pain is pleasure. However if you really want the 'i'm happy' trick to work, you need to be mindful every time you are happy, soon you will be that way. It is like when you are going to buy a new car and before you know it, all you see on the road is that car. Soon you will start recognizing every-time you are happy. This is very different than calling Fords , Toyotas.. thinking one day you will see a Toyota and believe and act like it is a Ford

This is brilliant. This is the truth. Along with the first seven years of life, however, there are also past lives and a long, long history of the soul that forms the subconscious mind, which rules us and our biology. Healing is possible, but it can be arduous process. Real change is not for the faint of heart. We often learn and evolve due to painful experiences. With the right approach, those experiences can propel us to great growth to become more and more aware...of both the lies we carry in our minds and our true identity as multifaceted, powerful spiritual beings. 💙

Grew up in poverty, had just one parent (of the two ) I. e our mother, who believed we could be anything great if we put our minds to it. Unfortunately for us, she died really young living us with the literate father who lacked the capacity to help us grow. So it’s been just us trying to get ourselves out of poverty. Starting from scratch with positive minds. 🤗🙏

Thank you for the video. For those who do not believe or skeptical. Ask yourself one question. Are you happy is your life what you want it to be? If so and that's wonderful you are in the small percentile. If you were like me pessimistic skeptical what you want to call a realist. Then you owe it to yourself to change show it to yourself to reprogram your subconscious if not for yourself and loved ones around you. I changed my life though I started at the age of 37 after finding how to reprogram my subconscious. I am 40 now and to tell you my life is completely different. Yes over two years it took. It is easier said than done. But if you truly want to make anything different if you want to change your life and start today start now.

There is more to the application of this than what was stated; regardless I love Bruce Lipton's interview and FightMediocrity's animation. The easiest way to change your thinking is to change how you feel. Consistently practice gratitude and compassion every chance you can and your thoughts will change to align with your feelings. Your new thoughts will reaffirm your emotions and your new internal environment will promote healthy gene expression. Changing thoughts is difficult unless you change the process of thinking either by identifying the source memory of that thought or by changing your feelings.

An Open Mind is necessary. It is said in ancient times as, let him with an ear to hear, hear. Let him with eyes to see, see. For one can hear, but not listen. One can see without focusing in the now and not see what is right in front of them. The mind seeing is understanding. Many can repeat things word for word without understanding and applying them practically. The putting into practice step by step is the building of the program... to FEEL it is to make it come ALIVE and BE REAL to you.

Our perception of the environment change not just our emotions in the moment but the experiences and feelings of our whole life. Perception is very much formed by our habits and every perception is like playing a multidimensional instrument coloring and tuning our worlds -

But I'm not giving up on life. And Im not going to feel sorry for myself. Through this time I have figured out that I can choose peace regardless of circumstances. I trust that God has a plan and hard times make us more compassionate. I have alot of energy sometimes and people will think I'm on drugs but I'm not. I use to be very defensive and close minded. Now through patience and time I'm centering myself and using my energy as real power

"Better smart to be lucky than lucky to be smart." This mantra that I'd been repeating on my scooter one night when it had been raining & I was just a couple of blocks from my apartment allowed me to miss my twisty-curvey-lightless-median, and though it was just a block until I could get back over thru "wrong-way, but light traffic," thank goodness, I definitely got the message that that mantra was the very thing that made a potentially horrible accident NOT HAPPEN. Just saying. K'ewl!!! Thanks for letting me "express my enthusiasm" (from Gr. enthos, or entheos -- "God within.") Meanwhile, "nothing is wasted." Everything is energy; electric & magnetic. That's why finding the "still point of balance" in our lives is so important. "We sometimes actually get more than we deserve, but on both sides of the same coin at once; and that's why we sometimes succeed even when we simply test what Marianne Williamson's term is for the book she wrote, and the talks she gives on YT, called "The Law of Divine Compensation." Also, "Smooth sailing never made a competent sailor." PEACE, brother-man!
