Mahomes isn't the only great young QB in the league right now, he played against one last week, and is playing arguably the best QB in the league not named Mahomes next week. Guys like Burrow, Lawrence, Allen, and Herbert are all incredible, but Mahomes is in a class all by himself. The stats back that claim up, and so does the eyeball test. I love Joe Burrow, and I think he might be the second or third best quarterback in the NFL. And yes, he’s beat. The Chiefs’ defense three times in a row. @White Whale that pick 6 was so avoidable. For one thing they ran hurry up for that play. Right before the play the intended receiver went to the sideline to get out because he was gassed... sent back in regardless. Receiver ended up running a very poor route, herbert threw it, and it got picked off. I'm still salty over that play.. like calm down huddle up.. or take a timeout whatever .. and score in the goddamn redzone.

@@milleribsenalbeefan Yes, like a lot of what's been happening to the Chargers, coaching decisions have been hampering Herbert's path. If Spanos wasn't cheap, he'd get Sean Payton, who'd jump at the chance to coach Herbert. Rivers was nowhere close to Herbert, but he should've had way more playoff success. Business as usual, what a waste of generational talent.
