Being a Bills fan it’s impressive watching Burrow, between the Chiefs Bengals and Bills it’s doing to be a crazy decade with the 3 teams battling year in and year out. When the Bengals rookie deals end, it’s goi be to be interesting who they keep and who becomes a cap casualty
@Thomas Peters yeah Burrow had his little moment in the spotlight. Just like Allen and Lamar. But the NFL is Mahomes' world, those other guys are just living in it.
@@TDR-0484 I get it. I get in arguments all the time with other bills fan when all they do is make excuses or defend Josh Allen no matter what. @Rich Jets will be OK once Aaron Rodgers appears. Tough loss for Cincy but a whole generation of elite QBs are going to be battling it out in the AFC. Cincy will always be in the mix as long as Burrow/Chase/Higgins are in the roster. I think they need to re-tool the OLine again and upgrade Mixon/Perine
Next step is to rest and recover Bengals are a great team, they'll be fine Someone has to lose, chiefs felt that last year Again, great team, great fans P.s. I'm a chiefs fan
As a Bengals fan I really don't mind that they lost. What gets me is the media pretending the Chiefs played some epic game for the ages. In reality the Bengals didn't take advantage of the opportunities they had and the Chiefs played slightly better and eeked out a win. It wasn't a statement about anything, it was just a close game the Chiefs won. Kelce up there acting like they won by two touchdowns while using lame 1990's pro wrestling insults was not a good look either.
Looking at the Bengals you have to be objective! Burrow gets a contract this year and Chase next year. That’s a minimum of 60M/year! Mixon will be a cap casualty this year. Not to mention you’ve got Bates and Bell along with several others. Then you’ll probably lose Higgins. That OL has been patch work and none of those guys are pieces you want long term. Once the QB is off a rookie contract you start living in NFL reality as opposed to the fantasy land that gives you. Chiefs traded Hill and Ward and lost several others. That’s with Mahomes and Kelce accepting contracts well below market value. Burrow may do that but I don’t see Chase taking anything below 30M per. I hope the Bengals figure it out and this becomes a rivalry for years to come. The Bills are going to be much worse next year with Allen, Diggs, and Miller’s cap numbers all SKYROCKETING! Their GM is already bitching about it likes he’s not the one responsible for it. Chargers have to pay Herbert, Ravens have to pay Lamar, Broncos stuck with Russ’ insane number, Browns stuck with Watson’s number. The AFC spent all this money coming for the Chiefs and couldn’t get it done. Now the Chiefs are in one of the best spots cap and draft capital wise to boot. Good luck AFC!! This was your chance and you blew it.
Burrow has shown that he can play well with no O-line and with injuries to key players. The Bengals will be at/near the top for a long time. They will be fine. They should be happy. They found their franchise QB at the first time of asking.
The NFL changes fast so there is no telling if Cincy will stay near the top of the league. Even most of the way through last year a lot of people were doubting them even after the 1st Kc win. Now they're viewed as "auto contender for 15 years." Nah, Manning and Indy werent even competing that long together. Big Ben didnt do much late in his career either. Or Marino. NFL stands for Not For Long
I'm a pats fan and that game was great.then a few sus calls and no roughing-the-passer. the reff stop the play and gave them another shot when he didn't even blow the whistle and came running from the opposite side of the field when you could fix the clock after.
As a bengals fan, they always draft fairly well, we had some pretty good teams but could never bring it together, if guys leave, as long as burrow stays, we'll be just fine WHO DEY
Thanks, Rich! We are just enjoying this pain. We love the ride and want it to continue...for Joe Burrow's entire career. This will be Joe Burrow's conference in about 3-years.
Good luck once hes making 50 mill a year that salary cap becomes a problem , see Bills they sold out for this year and next year they are in big trouble.
Get a new deal done and the front office needs to go to work. My question is will the front office / player development be up to the task when the cap is involved? Also, gots to beef up that offensive. It was better until injuries set in but depth is a priority.
It's not just this year, next year they have to pay Chase, how will that effect the D and the other WR's, the Bills found out it's not just Allen it's Diggs Miller now can they afford Edmunds or Poyer.
@@Sayuri-cr8cy I mean it's possible that the refs might carry KC again....?? I'd guess Philly blows them out so bad they can't, but you never know. Golden Boys get special treatment.
Bengals have to pay Joe Burrow now. $50 mill a year is the going rate. Bengals will have to get rid of some really productive players and not re-sign some key free agents who will get bigger offers. Owner is still cheap.
The big hurdle for the Bengals is coming - not only Burrow's contract, but Chase's as well, plus trying to keep Tee Higgins. Tyreek Hill is no longer in KC because the bag starts filling up at the top. KC went young and made the SB in a supposed "retooling" year. Cincinnati will have to do something similar in the next year or two.
Burrow is a stone cold killer, put him with someone like belichick and he would already have 2 superbowls because a belichick side would never give away pens
This game shows that great receivers aren't worth as much as a great O-line, great pass rush, etc. Cincy had the advantage in receivers and KC had every other stat advantage.
It sucks but we’ll be back, officiating does have to get better and NFL needs to make a change but that’s not an excuse for poor decisions and some good plays by KC
All I can say is, the Chiefs had to play lights out AND get calls their way AND get a terrible game from Burrow AND get some mistakes from the Bengals to win. It sucks to see my team lose the way they did, but they're going to contend again and definitely aren't intimidated at all by KC or Buffalo.
too early to tell..Marino was lighting it up..Burrow is doing great, but he isnt doing what Marino did..plus, Marino came to a Dolphin team that madea SB a few seasons earlier..Burrow stepped into a complete rebuild
And this is all with the least amount of time in the pocket known to man. When I was watching Mahomes’ drop back, it felt like he had about 5 hours to make a decision by comparison, 😂 Can you imagine if Burrow had that kind of pocket time?
Let's not forget Brady had moss in his prime a really good defense and won nothing. Having good pieces around you means nothing. When guys can win with sub par guys around them.
As a Bengals fan this all sounds good but everytime I think we’re about to do it SOMETHING happens and it pulls the rug from underneath us! After these 2 seasons I just don’t know even with Burrow

How does a 3rd down play finish and get a Do over ?
The play was blown dead, but Arrowhead was so loud the Officials couldn't hear
@@wc1994 idc, it shouldn’t of happened.
🤷♂️
Thanks Rich. This helped
Allen and Burrow will always be in Mahomes' shadow
Chiefs will be in SB every year because of the Refs. Nfl is rigged.
@@TDR-0484 Except for the first 3 matchups with Burrow LOL!
I always go back to, there are winners and losers, Mahomes has already proven which one he is and it’s easy to easy which one Allen is currently. Would love to see him win as much as Mahomes, I doubt it will happen.
As a Bengals fan. Thank you.
Thx Rich. Your words help.
Thanks Rich.
Never give management a discount.
Rich is the best by a mile
"Being good" for a long time is great and all, but if it never translates into a championship it's just disappointing. I know there are other fan bases that understand what I'm talking about.
Yea as soon as mahomes retires u can take over
Or maybe Mahomes loses his second Super Bowl in a row. That last one was pretty bad, but the way. Not even really close.
He had a bad toe...but didn't play his best...
@@skipdreadman8765 its very possible he could lose..Philly is a good team..but its also possible they win...
@@bobfrantz534 I dont even think it was his bad toe..it was his OL that couldnt give him time..plus that defense wasnt overly good..TBH, Mahomes really hasnt had a good defense..they've made just enough plays to not have to make Mahomes score 35 points just to win
Flag didn’t come out when Burrow got smashed after 3 steps. Flags were VERY specific to KC’s needs.
Eagels front line holding all game with most flags not coming till late in game...but throwing 2 interceptions doesn't help...plus giving up 5 sacks..hitting qb out of bounds..giving up over 300 yards to a injured mahomes...just saying
Watch the game...5 sacks..give up 326 yards...and u still think the refs did it..yea sure
Which flags were incorrect?
All..part of the game along with noise...play the better game u win...give up 5 sacks...326 yards..2 interceptions..good chance u won't win...even when the refs don't see a long pass that was dropped but called a catch....that went your way...
But sure is going to be fun to see u all next yr..
How many QB's that left their franchised team to play for another team ever had any success? Payton Manning and Brady
Rodgers isn't going to the jets lmao too funny
Yeah I'm hoping they can get lucky later in the draft an get a running back.
O line depth is so important this off season
Thanks Rich. Over a week after this L, I needed to hear this from someone else. "PayJoe" stadium will be around.
We are. But we are proud of Joe and the boys!
Next step is to rest and recover
Bengals are a great team, they'll be fine
Someone has to lose, chiefs felt that last year
Again, great team, great fans
Brady already said about a year ago that Burrow is better than he was at Burrow's age.
Bengals at home would hav won 🏈💯
Yeah right
Win a few more games next year maybe you get that home game
@@jorgeayala6310 *yes likely right
Looking at the Bengals you have to be objective!
Idk Rich. It's hard for me to believe. Just get the feeling the door is shut now. It's Cincy, bad things happen
So a super bowl appearance and title game is bad 😂? Yeah gtfo dude
Or Marino. NFL stands for Not For Long
Chiefs act like they won by fucking 30 after being carried by the refs and barely won by 3.
lol you act like winning by 30 would mean any more than winning by 3 its a trip to the super bowl either way. Ultimate bragging rights.
@@dylanallen7720 you’re the same guy saying bengals barely beat the chiefs other 3 times
@@AB-308 go chiefs!
I just hate that they don’t call roughing the passer when it’s Joe in the pocket
oh stop..Mahomes got hit a lot this year and never got that call
Fix the damn O-line! Burrow would be leading the nfl in every passing category if they had a good o-line
Kind words but it still hurts
Is three years how long the Chiefs have the refs under contract for?
@@theblackflame4002 jajajaj
@@theblackflame4002 Thats funny when you hear from Chiefs fan that the refs hate them and are conspiring for parody
Can not wait until next year
These are the Bengals.....and the AFC north....the window is much smaller than 10-15 years......
Brady was 100% better than Burrow at the same period of their careers. Watch the highlights.
Ryan Jenson Stephon Gilmore Patrick Peterson OBJ
I think Joe would give up $$$ to keep guys !!
Who Dey! 🐅
"My teams sucks more. Youre really good" doesn't make me feel better about getting shafted by the nfl, and it finally pays dividends in the AFC game
Actually the Jets made a comeback against the Steelers, but came up short
5th and 9. All i gotta say
Don’t worry,Uncle Pat can tell little Joe Super Bowl MVP Bedtime Stories for years to come!😂😂😂😂
I will enjoy watching Philly humiliate KC in two weeks.
That’s what they said about the bengals
@@Sayuri-cr8cy I mean it's possible that the refs might carry KC again....?? I'd guess Philly blows them out so bad they can't, but you never know. Golden Boys get special treatment.
@@Sayuri-cr8cy No one said that. Everyone said it would be a great game between two great teams.
@Sayuri Idk if anyone thought that, literally the last 4 games where decided by 3 or 4 points
Philly hasn’t played anyone besides rogers that had a decent qb this season. It will be a close game
Yes Joe is incredible
Find out how good the front office is. WHO DEY!
Funny that people only point out what went wrong for the teams that play the chiefs but never what went wrong for the chiefs!
That wasn’t intentional grounding. Perine was right there.
Right, the guy guarding him picked the ball up.
Cinci fans are so delusional. How you believe he didn't intentionally spike the the ball into the ground?
@@FREEDOM_OR_DEATH_ he obviously spiked it but it doesn't change the fact that perine was in the vicinity
@@FREEDOM_OR_DEATH_ spiking the ball is a legal play if the receiver is within 5 yards
We're not in pain, we're use to losing like this.
Bengals have to pay Joe Burrow now. $50 mill a year is the going rate. Bengals will have to get rid of some really productive players and not re-sign some key free agents who will get bigger offers. Owner is still cheap.
Owner is not cheap check what he has been paying you sound stupid
The kids run the franchise. Only key players not coming back is Bates and Pratt.
Dude just needs decent enough offensive line who doesn't get hurt. Pieces are right there
This game shows that great receivers aren't worth as much as a great O-line, great pass rush, etc. Cincy had the advantage in receivers and KC had every other stat advantage.
It sucks but we’ll be back, officiating does have to get better and NFL needs to make a change but that’s not an excuse for poor decisions and some good plays by KC
With a good line Joe is unstoppable!
Or get someone to hit the qb out of bounds....
Burrow's start of career is eerily similar to the Great Dan Marino. Lot of similar things.
too early to tell..Marino was lighting it up..Burrow is doing great, but he isnt doing what Marino did..plus, Marino came to a Dolphin team that madea SB a few seasons earlier..Burrow stepped into a complete rebuild
Next step, keep losing, bungles will never win it! Hahahahahahaha, whoooooo😭😭😭😭
When guys can win with sub par guys around them.
love ya Rich ,, but we all know exactly how important keeping the NFL legit is to your career
The season has told me the bengals will win a Super Bowl soon. Heck maybe next year they will. The future is bright
The NFL needs to investigate this
As a Bengals fan this all sounds good but everytime I think we’re about to do it SOMETHING happens and it pulls the rug from underneath us! After these 2 seasons I just don’t know even with Burrow
I've been around for all three Bengals Superbowl attempts and all three times I've had to listen to the "would've, should've, could've" talk and you know what? I am so damn tired of bad calls! Yes, we were in control of our own destiny but DAMN! Maybe next year! 4th times a charm! Burrows rules! So does Mixon! But look out for "free agency!" WHO DEY!
All we need is a good O-line and keep Higgins
@@bebopantallita we need to keep Higgins nixon chase and burrow and get a better o line and we’re set
THREE seasons ended like this. Don’t forget the officiating disaster at the end of 2015.
