Hi Linda. You have described the process of buying bras so brilliantly! I can recommend Bravissimo if you have one near you. They specialise in bigger cup sizes and their fitting staff are so good. Bit pricey compared to M &S but so worth it.

Hi Linda thank you for sharing your experience. I know that you were unable to get along with the coral and navy because of the adjustment thing. I loved the look of these and yes I too had an issue I think because of the rubberised non slip straps. I have however got the straps organised and absolutely love these bras. I usually buy padded and will no longer do so. Thank you for sharing ❤

Linda you are such a tonic😂 I agree the bra size you want is always near the floor and you can’t read the sizes anyway with varifocals not to mention the arthritis means you can even bend down!
@@LindaTee70 They certainly do! Our local one is a food store with a small amount of clothing. Never have the size you want and only ever 1 or 2 of anything. I order online and pick up and try on in the one and only fitting cubicle then usually have to send back as the sizing is ridiculous Don’t get me started on trouser leg lengths🙄
Hi Linda, loved your story……..I once had an M&S bra fitting, years ago now but the lady attending to me was more interested in talking to her friend outside of the changing room about what she’d been up to over the weekend & where she was going on her holidays!! I was left inside the cubical waiting for bras to arrive feeling very vulnerable 🥺. I’ve been to a bravissimo shop (quite a distance away but worth it) & had a much better experience. I do tend to shop online now & get a style I think would suit (also full fronted 😉) from bravissimo or Miss Mary of Sweden (lovely wide comfy straps & have pretty ones). Aren’t they expensive though now for a decent style! You suit the white t-shirt….so not an altogether wasted shop for you 😊. Have a great weekend & see you next time 🤗🌻 Lynda x

Hi. I have had a lot of giggles watching this. I’m glad you went for a bra fitting although surprised at the attitude of the shop assistant as I would have thought that they wanted people to visit to keep shops open and jobs being created. The bras you got were really nice especially the watermelon and the navy one. Nude has its place but it’s not exactly a pretty colour. I would be interested in an update to see what you think of them after wearing for some time as you cannot also judge what they would be like in the shop. The t-shirts are nice as well and they look good quality. Buying cheap isn’t always the best. Keep going with the videos😘

I think you're lucky to get shop staff who engage with you these days - although I went into a very empty Clarks shoe shop before I went in M&S and a girl came straight over and said, "what are you looking for today?" I replied, "Shoes!" She walked away then!! I'll try to remember to do a bra update x

Your car park story reminds me of the time some numpty parked so close to my car I couldn't open my car door wide enough to get in, I'm a curvy lady shall we say. Luckily I was saved after I asked the driver of another car if they could get in mine. She was a lovely slim young lady who was able to get in the driver's side and pull my car forward. I was so grateful. She saved the day. 😊
Funnily enough, when I told Current Husband the story and about the man who wanted my space and I told him I was going to have to climb over the seats, he, (Current Husband), said he thought the man would have offered to move the car for me. But no, he drove off. I obviously don't look like a damsel in distress!! Glad you were saved by a kind lady x

Hello Linda . Have had a large bust all my life . Have to wear under wired . Wide straps ! M and S only do one with wide straps I go to bravissimo once a year to get fitted then just buy one and use it as a guide. They are good . But have to travel to get fitted . The tee shirts look lovely on you . 💕😀
Bras are a nightmare. They are always too tight so now I always take a tape measure with me as I find the actual real measurement of them is way smaller than the size stated on the label. Sometimes as much as 6 inches shorter than labelled. No wonder I couldn't breathe in them, had to keep unclasping them. The sizes are all wrongly labelled.

Totally agree - the bigger sized bras are always tucked away down a tunnel somewhere and that's when they even have them. I do like the ones you bought in this video, although, having watched your Asda video first, I know that they didn't turn out to be ideal. (Yep! I should learn to watch things in the right order. 😀)

Think M&S need to review their bra fitting service or stop doing it but that's just my experience. xx

You always have a funny story to tell Linda. I wish I could get my bras from M & S but they see me as a oddity as I’ve a massive back but small cup size so I don’t register on their size chart or any other store for that matter. Thank God for internet shopping or I would be walking around with bruised knees! I get my bras from Miss Mary of Sweden as they don’t mind odd sized women. they cost twice as much as M & S but the hold is like scaffolding, and they last forever (if you don’t buy white) they are definitely not Ann Summers they are more industrial so don’t worry present husband wouldn’t get any ideas at all 😂. Nanna M was talking about them recently she is now converted. I also have the same nightmares as you as not being able to get into my car through parking…I felt your pain. You absolutely are right about those bigger bras in M&S being impossibly low down for anyone with mobility or age issues Linda. And about the lack of sizes for all but the very mainstream, and frankly I'm not sure what stake in the game M&S want in bra sales, because there is no point at all in having a bra fitter with no bras to offer. Ridiculous. Well done for finding three! Yessssss! I want a pretty bra to be just visible under many garments. If you happen to want to wear your grey tatty numbers under a shirt, maybe not but otherwise what's the problem? Wouldn't it just be so lovely though if we could wander into 'Marks', find bras on display at waist level or above, in styles that flatter, regardless of size, in colours that we want? Impossible dream? With M&S yes it blooming well is! Congratulations for having general purpose working hips! 🤣🤣 At least you made it to the driving seat! You looked good in the V-neck T shirt you tried on. They look awful on me but are flattering on you!

You made me laugh with your car antics! I have had to get in the passenger side a few times when idiots have parked right up to my car, but I can sit in the passenger seat and just cock my leg over the gear lever and pull myself across by holding the steering wheel!! I was fitted at M&S and told I was 40c after wearing them for a while and not feeling so comfy,,I measured myself after looking online on how to do it and found that I am actually a 38e..not much difference eh? I bought a couple of Fantasie bras... pricey but so comfy and fit well 😀
Lovely vlog..so funny 😂...I get m&s bras...the adjustment clips used to be in the front years ago, they are so awkward at the back, having too keep taking it off and twisting it round...❤❤x
You're absolutely right about that Julia. I remember (a bit off topic) bras that were front fastening - they probably still sell them. If you crossed your arms a bit too enthusiastically you were in trouble!! x
I don't understand having to make a bra fitting appointment, I went to M&S, was told I needed an appointment, there were 3-4 ladies just standing around, no other customers, but got no help at all... bought 4 btmras and am not happy with them at all... live and learn!!
Found your site by accident. But Linda I have enjoyed it so much. I m away on hols in early June and was thinking of doing exactly what you have go and get measured for a bra at M&S. !!! Love the car park story have found myself in some what of the same situation some times. I once [parked up my car in ASDA trotted off to look around shop when I came out could not find the car. walked back and forth no joy. Asked a Man sat in his work van having a McDonalds for lunch if he could help kindly he did. he did not find it either. So call police they turned up looked around and FOUND IT. I have fiat 500 and my husband has a Captur car .it was his car I had come in ..looking for wrong car. I wish to ground to open up. I have enjoyed my time watching your video made my Saturday afternoon. have a great Ban Holiday. You calling it WHITSUN no one says that these days but I loved Whitsun parents bought me all new clothes and we went to church Sunday and then trotted off to as many people you knew knocked on their doors for compliments of your outfit and they kindly would give you money. those were the days.

I love your stories Linda , you are hilarious 😂😂 I hate bra fittings 😩, there are a couple of sites online, with step by step instruction on bra measuring, so I use them 😀It seems to work out ok🤷♀️ Love those t-shirts, but the sleeves are a bit short for me ( ‘orrible arms 🤣) The times I’ve climbed over the passenger seat to get in the drivers side ( I’m a big woman 🤭), and I’m not too good at parking straight, it usually takes me a couple of goes 😬 Anyway, you just post videos when you can….always look forward to them 😀
Your car story really made me chuckle! 😹 It may not help, but yesterday I bought two sets of three m&s bras for £20 (with 20% off so £16 a set). They’re possibly more like sports bras, but they are incredibly comfortable and supportive. They seemed to have loads of differently styled sets and I think they must be new in. I thought they were a bit of a bargain.
Hi very good vlog worked for M and S for nearly 30 years and I can tell you it's the stack for Gum or sweets in your mouth .its not the same anymore and thats there New uniform looks terrible dont like it at all we all used to look so smart. Have a good day .
Last time I went to M&S for a bra fitting I was told that I was a bigger size than I thought. I bought a bra and was disappointed with the lack of choice in my size. However after wearing the bra it was clear it did not fit me properly as the under bust bones dug in u dear my arms and it was so uncomfortable. I took it back and they said that the fitting size is only a guesstimate but did exchange it for the size I always wore!
Love your videos linda! I'm a big busted girl and I've gone to wearing bralettes I find actual bras too uncomfortable and as you say not much choice in the larger sizes I'd love to see an outfits of the day video can't remember if you mentioned it in this video or the last one!

I get what you’re saying about store staff, sometimes you feel like you’re disturbing them from working or just look right through you and your an inconvenience 🤔 apparently a red bra is supposed to not show up under light coloured garments so the models tell us. I do prefer Marks for bra’s but am going to try elsewhere next time (Tesco sell the same but a lot cheaper). Yes all there was in the older cars was a gearstick to climb over 😂 I’ve had to climb over the car seat for the same reason as you have it was so awkward. Enjoy bank hol Monday thanks for sharing 😊

You probably saw that buying a good fitting bra is one of the most difficult things to do successfully as there are so many nuances and variables. You wouldn't think so, but there are, as all our bodies are soon unique. I am certainly no expert, but , given your condition, I wouldn't think a minimiser bra would disguise your shape as they kind of stop larger breasts from wobbling. However, could I suggest you speak to a quality bra retailer who may be able to advise. I'm sorry I can't offer any help, but I hope you find someone who can x
Bras are like shoes, you never know how they will feel until you’ve worn them for the day. I’ve bought two the same style and size, but different colours and they don’t fit the same. M & S fitter told me to size up if I buy any black bra as they come up smaller???
First time here. I came due to your headline about bras which are a nightmare for me. My bra size is tiwards the larger and I know exactly what you mean that they are all on the bottom hangers and when you bend down your glasses slip. I cant wear padded as the top never seems to lie against my breast so looks strange under a jumper. The lacy tops have no support and I need support therectoo. So the bras I have to buy are not pretty just practical. Getting measured never works out as they always put me in too small a size. I have a chronic lung condition so can never have a tight bra on. I enjoyed your video.

I had a similar experience. I have had breast cancer, I got my breast removed 2nd February and ordered some bras online, as I was too ill to shop. When I got my false boob the nurse said I was wearing the wrong cup size and needed to go up a size. She gave the right size boob, so it was a bit big for the bra. The fitting lady was ok, but did not put herself out, showed my two designs. They did not have the last one in nude, I had to order at the cash desk and pay for delivery, but you do get them VAT free. There is very little choice and they are all padded, so now I look huge.

I’ve had bra fittings at different M&S branches over the years and they have all been absolutely useless. Are they even trained in doing this I wonder?
I don’t find I can’t get a bra to fit in M&S I usually do find one, but knickers are a completely different matter, I can never can get my size I always have to order then pick up in a few days. Drives me nuts why don’t they order more of popular sizes.

I had a bra fitting at M&S the lady was a lovely older woman but it was so rushed because she covering a till as they were short staffed. She said I was my usual size, but we tried 4-5 bras, all different sizes, none fitted very well. She then said their bras can vary in sizes by up to 2 inches! I left with nothing. On the way home I stopped in an independent shop near home. The lady there took me down a band size and up a cup size. I now have the most comfortable bra ever, but it was £65 ouch!! I will save up and go back for another purchase.
I wouldn’t get a bra from M&S - unless I had been to a proper bra shop , I have been to Bravissimo , I have to travel 30 miles Also a independent lingerie shop , I go to Lace in Bakewell ,Derbyshire.
Hi Linda I buy these bars from a shop about an hours drive from where I live. It’s is a specialist bar shop I have slopping shoulders so the straps always fall off . These bars are made in the USA and they stay on me . They are not cheap there around £44-95 I normally buy 3 in different colours twice a year . I just happened to be in John Lewis in Liverpool so I thought I’ll go and have a look to see what Bras they had. They actually had the bras I buy so I thought great saves an hours drive so I said to the lady do you have them in a 42D she looked down her nose at me and said they don’t make them that big . So I said well actually they do I’ve got one on , so she’s goes are you sure !! I’m like yes I’m sure . So then I said to her well do you have any other bars similar in that size no she says we don’t do anything bigger than a 38 we don’t have any call for anything bigger. So I was like well I think your missing a trick there as I buy 6 a year so that’s just on £300 John Lewis is missing out on and I’m sure there are lots of lady’s my size. She really p--d me off with her attitude. Xx

I currently work for M&S as a beauty advisor. Lingerie girls and beauty assistants are expected to keep their breath fresh because we’re in close contact with our customers. That’s probably why she had gum in her mouth. I get very tired of people criticising staff. It’s not our fault that every store has cut staff to a minimum, leaving each of us with a heavy workload. We’re timed when doing tasks such as her “basket of bras” and it’s extremely hard and stressful. I worked a 10 hour shift today and the bra fitter had no break until late afternoon. Just saying.

I understand your points of staff cuts, having to do the work of many, long hours and probably being underpaid for the work you do. However, this particular lady on this particular day did very little to make me feel like a valued customer prepared to spend money. Maybe the service shouldn't be offered if there are insufficient staff. I'm not sure about the chewing gum thing but aside from that, store management play a massive part in this and the lack of sizes is something we're all experiencing -I spent a few years working in shops and know it's a thankless task. I have had a good giggle at your bra experience. I must admit when I went to be measured my heart sank when I saw the trim, pert breasted, young lady who was going to measure me. You kind of feel it would be nice to have someone who has suffered carrying round a heavy bust for years and who gets the fact that you want maximum support, a bra which makes you look like Sophia Loren and doesn’t cost the best part of a three bedroom detached house! The men in our lives may want to see us in red lacy numbers but really!? The chances of finding anything remotely sexy if you are over a D cup are remote if you want support and comfort. Then you see adverts for these almost “one size fits all” pull over your head and pray bras. You look at the sizing and find that your 40GG girls will need the same bra as someone 48A cup! How does that work? I can rant with the best - oh yes!! Xx Liz

@@scotsquine7870do you work for M&S? Because I do, and I’m actually fuming with the attitude shown here. Our lingerie girls and bra fitters miss their breaks or go home late etc to accommodate customers. They work extremely hard and provide an excellent service.
Actually no, it’s not. Those girls work hard for their money to serve miserable bloody women like you who constantly complain. I see this every day when I am in work. At M&S.

I loved the look of these and yes I too had an issue I think because of the rubberised non slip straps. I have however got the straps organised and absolutely love these bras. I usually buy padded and will no longer do so. Thank you for sharing ❤

I order online and pick up and try on in the one and only fitting cubicle then usually have to send back as the sizing is ridiculous Don’t get me started on trouser leg lengths🙄
Hi Linda, loved your story……..I once had an M&S bra fitting, years ago now but the lady attending to me was more interested in talking to her friend outside of the changing room about what she’d been up to over the weekend & where she was going on her holidays!! I was left inside the cubical waiting for bras to arrive feeling very vulnerable 🥺. I’ve been to a bravissimo shop (quite a distance away but worth it) & had a much better experience. I do tend to shop online now & get a style I think would suit (also full fronted 😉) from bravissimo or Miss Mary of Sweden (lovely wide comfy straps & have pretty ones). Aren’t they expensive though now for a decent style! You suit the white t-shirt….so not an altogether wasted shop for you 😊.

Hi. I have had a lot of giggles watching this. I’m glad you went for a bra fitting although surprised at the attitude of the shop assistant as I would have thought that they wanted people to visit to keep shops open and jobs being created. The bras you got were really nice especially the watermelon and the navy one. Nude has its place but it’s not exactly a pretty colour. I would be interested in an update to see what you think of them after wearing for some time as you cannot also judge what they would be like in the shop. The t-shirts are nice as well and they look good quality. Buying cheap isn’t always the best. Keep going with the videos😘
Thanks Laura. I think you're lucky to get shop staff who engage with you these days - although I went into a very empty Clarks shoe shop before I went in M&S and a girl came straight over and said, "what are you looking for today?"

Your car park story reminds me of the time some numpty parked so close to my car I couldn't open my car door wide enough to get in, I'm a curvy lady shall we say. Luckily I was saved after I asked the driver of another car if they could get in mine. She was a lovely slim young lady who was able to get in the driver's side and pull my car forward. I was so grateful. She saved the day. 😊
Funnily enough, when I told Current Husband the story and about the man who wanted my space and I told him I was going to have to climb over the seats, he, (Current Husband), said he thought the man would have offered to move the car for me. But no, he drove off. I obviously don't look like a damsel in distress!!

Hello Linda . Have had a large bust all my life . Have to wear under wired . Wide straps ! M and S only do one with wide straps I go to bravissimo once a year to get fitted then just buy one and use it as a guide. They are good . But have to travel to get fitted . The tee shirts look lovely on you . 💕😀

Bras are a nightmare. They are always too tight so now I always take a tape measure with me as I find the actual real measurement of them is way smaller than the size stated on the label. Sometimes as much as 6 inches shorter than labelled. No wonder I couldn't breathe in them, had to keep unclasping them. The sizes are all wrongly labelled.

Totally agree - the bigger sized bras are always tucked away down a tunnel somewhere and that's when they even have them. I do like the ones you bought in this video, although, having watched your Asda video first, I know that they didn't turn out to be ideal. (Yep! I should learn to watch things in the right order. 😀)

You always have a funny story to tell Linda. I wish I could get my bras from M & S but they see me as a oddity as I’ve a massive back but small cup size so I don’t register on their size chart or any other store for that matter. Thank God for internet shopping or I would be walking around with bruised knees! I get my bras from Miss Mary of Sweden as they don’t mind odd sized women. they cost twice as much as M & S but the hold is like scaffolding, and they last forever (if you don’t buy white) they are definitely not Ann Summers they are more industrial so don’t worry present husband wouldn’t get any ideas at all 😂. Nanna M was talking about them recently she is now converted. I also have the same nightmares as you as not being able to get into my car through parking…I felt your pain. You absolutely are right about those bigger bras in M&S being impossibly low down for anyone with mobility or age issues Linda. And about the lack of sizes for all but the very mainstream, and frankly I'm not sure what stake in the game M&S want in bra sales, because there is no point at all in having a bra fitter with no bras to offer. Ridiculous. Well done for finding three! Yessssss! I want a pretty bra to be just visible under many garments. If you happen to want to wear your grey tatty numbers under a shirt, maybe not but otherwise what's the problem? Wouldn't it just be so lovely though if we could wander into 'Marks', find bras on display at waist level or above, in styles that flatter, regardless of size, in colours that we want? Impossible dream? With M&S yes it blooming well is! Congratulations for having general purpose working hips! 🤣🤣 At least you made it to the driving seat! You looked good in the V-neck T shirt you tried on. They look awful on me but are flattering on you!

You made me laugh with your car antics! I have had to get in the passenger side a few times when idiots have parked right up to my car, but I can sit in the passenger seat and just cock my leg over the gear lever and pull myself across by holding the steering wheel!!
I was fitted at M&S and told I was 40c after wearing them for a while and not feeling so comfy,,I measured myself after looking online on how to do it and found that I am actually a 38e..not much difference eh?
I bought a couple of Fantasie bras... pricey but so comfy and fit well 😀

I don't understand having to make a bra fitting appointment, I went to M&S, was told I needed an appointment, there were 3-4 ladies just standing around, no other customers, but got no help at all... bought 4 btmras and am not happy with them at all... live and learn!!

Love the car park story have found myself in some what of the same situation some times. I once [parked up my car in ASDA trotted off to look around shop when I came out could not find the car. walked back and forth no joy. Asked a Man sat in his work van having a McDonalds for lunch if he could help kindly he did. he did not find it either. So call police they turned up looked around and FOUND IT. I have fiat 500 and my husband has a Captur car .it was his car I had come in ..looking for wrong car. I wish to ground to open up. I have enjoyed my time watching your video made my Saturday afternoon. have a great Ban Holiday. You calling it WHITSUN no one says that these days but I loved Whitsun parents bought me all new clothes and we went to church Sunday and then trotted off to as many people you knew knocked on their doors for compliments of your outfit and they kindly would give you money. those were the days.

It may not help, but yesterday I bought two sets of three m&s bras for £20 (with 20% off so £16 a set). They’re possibly more like sports bras, but they are incredibly comfortable and supportive. They seemed to have loads of differently styled sets and I think they must be new in. I thought they were a bit of a bargain.

Last time I went to M&S for a bra fitting I was told that I was a bigger size than I thought. I bought a bra and was disappointed with the lack of choice in my size. However after wearing the bra it was clear it did not fit me properly as the under bust bones dug in u dear my arms and it was so uncomfortable. I took it back and they said that the fitting size is only a guesstimate but did exchange it for the size I always wore!
What a waste of time Tina. I'm not feeling too confident about the new bras I bought, but the service overall was about a 4 out of ten! x

I get what you’re saying about store staff, sometimes you feel like you’re disturbing them from working or just look right through you and your an inconvenience 🤔 apparently a red bra is supposed to not show up under light coloured garments so the models tell us. I do prefer Marks for bra’s but am going to try elsewhere next time (Tesco sell the same but a lot cheaper). Yes all there was in the older cars was a gearstick to climb over 😂 I’ve had to climb over the car seat for the same reason as you have it was so awkward. Enjoy bank hol Monday thanks for sharing 😊

You probably saw that buying a good fitting bra is one of the most difficult things to do successfully as there are so many nuances and variables. You wouldn't think so, but there are, as all our bodies are soon unique. I am certainly no expert, but , given your condition, I wouldn't think a minimiser bra would disguise your shape as they kind of stop larger breasts from wobbling.
However, could I suggest you speak to a quality bra retailer who may be able to advise. I'm sorry I can't offer any help, but I hope you find someone who can x

Bras are like shoes, you never know how they will feel until you’ve worn them for the day. I’ve bought two the same style and size, but different colours and they don’t fit the same. M & S fitter told me to size up if I buy any black bra as they come up smaller???

First time here. I came due to your headline about bras which are a nightmare for me. My bra size is tiwards the larger and I know exactly what you mean that they are all on the bottom hangers and when you bend down your glasses slip. I cant wear padded as the top never seems to lie against my breast so looks strange under a jumper. The lacy tops have no support and I need support therectoo. So the bras I have to buy are not pretty just practical. Getting measured never works out as they always put me in too small a size. I have a chronic lung condition so can never have a tight bra on. I enjoyed your video.

I had a similar experience. I have had breast cancer, I got my breast removed 2nd February and ordered some bras online, as I was too ill to shop. When I got my false boob the nurse said I was wearing the wrong cup size and needed to go up a size. She gave the right size boob, so it was a bit big for the bra. The fitting lady was ok, but did not put herself out, showed my two designs. They did not have the last one in nude, I had to order at the cash desk and pay for delivery, but you do get them VAT free. There is very little choice and they are all padded, so now I look huge.

I don’t find I can’t get a bra to fit in M&S I usually do find one, but knickers are a completely different matter, I can never can get my size I always have to order then pick up in a few days. Drives me nuts why don’t they order more of popular sizes.

I had a bra fitting at M&S the lady was a lovely older woman but it was so rushed because she covering a till as they were short staffed. She said I was my usual size, but we tried 4-5 bras, all different sizes, none fitted very well. She then said their bras can vary in sizes by up to 2 inches! I left with nothing. On the way home I stopped in an independent shop near home. The lady there took me down a band size and up a cup size. I now have the most comfortable bra ever, but it was £65 ouch!! I will save up and go back for another purchase.

I buy these bars from a shop about an hours drive from where I live. It’s is a specialist bar shop I have slopping shoulders so the straps always fall off . These bars are made in the USA and they stay on me . They are not cheap there around £44-95 I normally buy 3 in different colours twice a year . I just happened to be in John Lewis in Liverpool so I thought I’ll go and have a look to see what Bras they had. They actually had the bras I buy so I thought great saves an hours drive so I said to the lady do you have them in a 42D she looked down her nose at me and said they don’t make them that big . So I said well actually they do I’ve got one on , so she’s goes are you sure !! I’m like yes I’m sure . So then I said to her well do you have any other bars similar in that size no she says we don’t do anything bigger than a 38 we don’t have any call for anything bigger. So I was like well I think your missing a trick there as I buy 6 a year so that’s just on £300 John Lewis is missing out on and I’m sure there are lots of lady’s my size. She really p--d me off with her attitude. Xx

I currently work for M&S as a beauty advisor. Lingerie girls and beauty assistants are expected to keep their breath fresh because we’re in close contact with our customers. That’s probably why she had gum in her mouth. I get very tired of people criticising staff. It’s not our fault that every store has cut staff to a minimum, leaving each of us with a heavy workload. We’re timed when doing tasks such as her “basket of bras” and it’s extremely hard and stressful. I worked a 10 hour shift today and the bra fitter had no break until late afternoon. Just saying.

I understand your points of staff cuts, having to do the work of many, long hours and probably being underpaid for the work you do. However, this particular lady on this particular day did very little to make me feel like a valued customer prepared to spend money. Maybe the service shouldn't be offered if there are insufficient staff. I'm not sure about the chewing gum thing but aside from that, store management play a massive part in this and the lack of sizes is something we're all experiencing -I spent a few years working in shops and know it's a thankless task.

I have had a good giggle at your bra experience. I must admit when I went to be measured my heart sank when I saw the trim, pert breasted, young lady who was going to measure me. You kind of feel it would be nice to have someone who has suffered carrying round a heavy bust for years and who gets the fact that you want maximum support, a bra which makes you look like Sophia Loren and doesn’t cost the best part of a three bedroom detached house! The men in our lives may want to see us in red lacy numbers but really!? The chances of finding anything remotely sexy if you are over a D cup are remote if you want support and comfort. Then you see adverts for these almost “one size fits all” pull over your head and pray bras. You look at the sizing and find that your 40GG girls will need the same bra as someone 48A cup! How does that work? I can rant with the best - oh yes!! Xx Liz

@@scotsquine7870do you work for M&S? Because I do, and I’m actually fuming with the attitude shown here. Our lingerie girls and bra fitters miss their breaks or go home late etc to accommodate customers. They work extremely hard and provide an excellent service.
