- A watchbox is used to organize watches and these come in various finishes and sizes, depending on the size of your watch collection.
Sreeleather is a company known for producing leather products at cheap prices. However online website is not up to the mark due to various reasons.
Firstly, no money is refunded once you place an order, only store credits are issued which can be spent on the website itself. Returns aren't easy either because no helpline exists for assistance, only via mail you'll have to reach out to the company and they take a lot of time to reply. For cash on delivery orders, a separate charge is levied which again another negative. Lastly, shipping charges are deducted from the customer, so no store credits are issued for that and every time a product is replaced, shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer even if the company is at fault say for example providing a mismatching product or having other issues.
Due to poor customer support and nonexistent refund policies, it is best to avoid Sreeleather site altogether. Many Indian e-commerce sites provide pathetic service and in the upcoming age of new world order, majority of such companies will perish simply because of poor service quality.
In my case, a totally different watch box was delivered, which also had manufacturing defects. Resolution for this issue is still yet to be provided by the company, details of which will be added in the sequel to this video.
