    Ingredients for ciabatta bread:
    400 grams of warm water.
    Add yeast 1.5 tsp.
    Mix well.
    All-Purpose Wheat Flour 500 g.
    Add salt 1.5 tsp.
    Mix well with a whisk or spatula.
    Cover and set in a warm place for 30 minutes.
    The dough has risen a bit.
    To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, you can dampen your hands with water.
    Fold the dough 4 times as I show.
    Cover and set in a warm place for 30 minutes.
    The dough rose well and air bubbles appeared in it.
    Fold the dough again 4 times as I show.
    Cover and set in a warm place for 30 minutes.

    Place our bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Cover with a towel and keep warm for another 10 minutes.
    Place the bread in the oven preheated to 230°C.
    Drizzle the bread with water.
    Pour hot water into the bottom pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 230°C.

    I really have a hard time figuring out what you mean by all purpose wheat flour , in Canada we have all purpose flour, 00 or dopio and bread flour . Please let m what what is best suitable of the three . Thank you.

    Adorei o vídeo, mas se eu tentar hidratar as farinhas fracas disponíveis no Brasil com 80% de água, a massa vai virar um belo mingau sem estrutura. Da para ver as lindas cadeias de glúten que seu trigo forma. Coisa linda de se ver. Parabéns

    Das Brot ist nicht in 25min durchgebacken. Es braucht 35min auf einer Seite und 15min auf der unteren Seite. Deshalb nach den 35min Brot umdrehen und auf das Gitter ohne Papier legen und weiter backen!!!
