Quick Hand Ladder Drills will help develop explosive strength in the arms and stability in the core & shoulders. This is an excellent exercise for football athletes.
Excellent drills, coach. Thanks for sharing them. The moronic ingrates who don't think that this would be useful for football linemen have never PLAYED the position, nor have they COACHED the position. I've done both and I can tell you that this is very innovative, high yield movement.
Wow thanks man these will nail the entire body punching power and speed and co-ordination worked at the same time as core and legs. These are marked for my next kickboxing and MMA class. Thanks for these.
as a suggestion.. its much harder but more correct to have their hands more under their chest when doing these drills... when on a field are your hards that high... cut corners now cut corners in life
You have all the answers about something you've never done. Where were you in 2006 when I uploaded this video? I'll bet my life you had never seen this drill
@elti54 and if anyone thinks it is SSC to football or PSC to O linemen, i pray to god you dont coach football, moreso i pray to god you dont coach O line.
@BulldogTennis Catered to offensive linemen, yet only one of them could be an olinemen. These dont do anything to train olinemen. All this is a shoulder stabilizing exercise. Its not sport specific, hell, it isnt even positional specific. You want SSC for olinemen, get a sled, get a power ball, get cones, and use the agility ladder as it was ment to be used, for quick feet. This is a should stabilizing excerise that is all.
I love it when the guy in the red shorts does the drill he does it slowly so i can see what is happening (thank you)
