- What's up guys! Today's video is reaction training for sports performance, and reactive drills for athlete quickness and agility. We give you some of our favorite reactive drills to do that increase quickness and agility. Since it is reaction training, it means the drill is not predetermined or pre planned. You have to react to an external stimulus in order to dictate your movement. For these drills, we either use verbal cues (calling "go") or visual cues (pointing or a tennis ball). It is super important to be responsive and capable of changing movements suddenly and in response to something else. Nothing is sports is predetermined, so we must include this training! There are a lot of exercises you can do for this type of training, but we just wanted to give a list of ones to try out that we like! Enjoy!
