This review is so blatantly biased, it’s comical. Same rhetoric you hear from the PlayStation fans - “Well for $500 you might as well build a PC rig”. That’s not the point, it’s a plug and play console and one that compares with rigs for nearly twice the price. These biased reviewers just can’t give the hardware the honest recognition it deserves.
Sooo he just promoted the PlayStation and PC in an Xbox X review and one cost more. And that’s why DF has the best reviews for hardware. See what I did
Pudgey Potato he is talking about in 4K 30 FPS mode there was zero frame drops....also this review said that it ran below 1080p in performance mode and that isn’t the case it runs a locked 1080p I noticed a lot of false info in this review.
Why Pro will be better for 3rd party games? This sounds biased. 1X would be better playing 3rd party titles because of the simple reason that it has more memory and power to support 4K textures.
Think of it this way, youll have a resolution bump in most games, that's it, for the most part framerates will remain static as the hardware is static. For 150 dollars less, thats a few games worth, you can get the pro.
Joe Shmoe Actually it's in almost all games. The Xbox One X already has more enhanced games than the PS4 Pro and the console doesn't even come out for another 4 days. You also said $150 cheaper, that's not true. The PS4 Pro costs $400, the Xbox One X costs $500 if you already own a 4k TV or you're planning on buying one the Xbox One X is easily the best deal especially considering the fact the PS4 Pro doesn't even have 10 games that play in native 4k despite being out for an entire year already. There also is a framerate difference considering the Xbox One X offers a mode that lowers resolution and brings the fps to 60 (if it wasn't already at that.)
Engadget - Wrong Again. You can not build a PC less than $ 1,100 that competes with the Xbox One X. Digital Foundry and others have already stated that.
so you are saying that PS4 pro is a better deal just because it has a lot of exclusives to offer and you didnt even consider the fact that u mentioned Xbox oneX can actually play the games at native 4k and 4kUHD Bluray player that PS doesn't offer and brag about VR which is expensive which has not been very effective or completely gives true gaming experience and as a PC Gamer that Xbox offers a s**t load of power than a 600-700$ custom built PC's , more over this feels like blatant BS to me. I am so sorry, disappointed with this review
What a biased review. It's like the reviewer keeps searching for the negative, even if there's none. 1. It's a year later - the tech wasn't ready and the wait was worth it. 2. The price is great when you consider the specs. Many expected it to cost more. It's half the price of another X device launching today. 3. Some additional advantages would be a UHD BD player, all generations of backward compat, Dolby Atmos just to name a few.
A picture is emerging that a general consumer review is negative, and an enthusiast review is positive. It's just like what phil spenser has said that it's not for everybody. I think it comes down to how expensive the price 'feels' against the gadget's perceived productivity.
The price is great? Common, how many years do you think this generation will still last? Paying $500 for after 2 or 3 years later having to pay the same thing again on a new generation console is not a great deal.
popa chopa not exactly. I'm a ps4 pro user.. and thinking of upgrading to the X. Just getting the X to play the multiplats in the best version possible. I will enjoy exclusives for both consoles.
Vincent Matlock yeah I caught his review, I don't mind the objectivity in a review but u can't support these obvious write offs of products with no sensible explanation.
Kent Kerr This would be a good response to getting a system besides the Xbox One X except for the plain and simple fact the X is more powerful than both a PS4 Pro (by a lot) and a $600 PC, the main selling point of this system is the power. And honestly if you want a PS4, a PS4 Slim is the best choice because the Pro is terrible, it's a very minor improvement over the slim and it drops frames more than the slim because it tries to force a higher resolution, if you want a *true* 4k experience a Xbox One X is the cheapest way to go, the PS4 Pro only reaches it on maybe 8 games and a minimum PC budget that could achieve the same graphical settings of the X would be about $700-$800
A gaming pc of $600 to $800 will easily be more powerful than the X but shows a gaming pc with a 3 multi gpu set up... That is a lot of salt and hate....
AFly7 not really. It's a 4k machine might as well take advantage of a uhd Blu Ray player.. hell even the s has a uhd Blu Ray player and it's only 250..
$600-$800 will not "easily" be more powerful. Yeah just as strong as the X but you need at least above $800 to spend to make it "easily" more powerful. Do some research please.
I'm a fan of Engadget, but your review is... strange. I wish reviewers would stop using "buzz" statements, like the one you make, "that price limits the XBOX ONE X to Diehard XBOX fans". Why? Is that your opinion, or is it fact? Because these types of statements can influence opinion. Try letting the consumer make up their own mind. You use these types of statements throughout your review in various ways, with cost being your main criticism. Let me point out, the Apple X smartphone just launched at a whopping $1000.00 to purchase (a cell phone for pete's sake!), and they can't keep them on the shelves. Am I to assume that every person who bought one is a "Diehard" Apple fan? Sure fans of XBOX or Apple will likely be the majority of purchasers. But other than XBOX fan boys, I think this may be one reason why you are being accused of bias. I am always amazed at how the consumer can find the money to buy big ticket items, if it is something they really want, they find a way. Don't get me wrong, cost is important, and some simply cannot afford the console at $500.00, but it is "the biggest knock against the XBOX ONE X", in your review. My understanding is that Microsoft themselves were surprised at the large amount of pre-orders for the system, which flies in the face of cost if it is true. And not because they felt it was priced too high, more due to the lack of consumer resources to utilize the consoles full potential, like 4K. I think, when the smoke clears, we will all be surprised at how well the systems sales will be. I own all 3 consoles, XBOX ONE, NINTENDO SWITCH, PS4, but I would like to see the XBOX ONE X do well. I am not a professional reviewer, so I won't pretend to have your expertise, or insult your intelligence by telling you what to do with your own review. Maybe we just need to hear the features and benefits, and criticisms that HELP the consumer to make the right buying decision, not influence us into making a decision, by swaying our opinions based upon your opinion.
Ok i just listen to this review on why getting a PS4 pro over the xbox one x is better. The reviewer said it would be better to get the PS4 Pro because it cost less than the xbox one x, and i agree with him if you are strap for cash, and can't got with the more powerful system, and want to save money. Cool, but he lost me when he then recommends getting a $600 PC over the xbox one x. He use the same logic on the PC is more powerful, but would cost you $100 more. But yet he recommends the PC over the xbox. Can i say this guy is a hypocrite? I would thing he would say getting an xbox one x is far better deal than getting a $600 PC, because like the PS4 Pro it cost $100 less. Am i the only one who caught that?
This proves the Xbox One was a better deal than PS4 at launch. More games and better multiplats due to XBL. Oh wait, nevermind. It was all about power in the beginning 😂
A good custom built gaming PC should cost anywhere from $800 to $2000. It depends on which components you get. If you want 4K you're definitely spending up to $2000. If you're like me, and want to run BotW on CEMU 60 FPS 1080p, you're spending close to $1800.
I've realised with more and more quality content to choose from out there I have to be selective if my tech choices. This channel clearly doesn't quite cover tech the way I think is a benefit to me. There for I have unsubscribed. Good luck out there fellas. Keep your sticks on the ice.
This was a decent review, but the $500 is cheaper than an equivalent PC. Sony's console is cheaper cause it can't do as much. I understand that the bottom line is cheaper but that's like saying "a Camry is cheaper than a Lexus. The Camry is just as good." It's true but why downplay the Lexus? There's a reason it's more expensive. Last there's plenty of benefit for 1080p TV's. Super sampling so textures are really good. Many devs are including boosted frame rates for 1080p. I guess I'm saying that you're down playing the advantages too much.
Actually it only has 9 gigs of Vram, since the rest is reserved for the system. GPU and CPU are sharing the RAM. The GPU is more like an APU, since it's integrated not dedicated. So, games use only up to 9 gigs of Vram. Not the full 12 gigs.
With that biased review, I hope MS did not give you a free unit, for you are out to lunch. The price is how much it cost to engineer such a powerful console into such a small form factor. My PS4 Pro, purchased last Dec, is larger than my regular PS4, noisy as hell, and has been more of a disappointment than anything else...the only title on Playstation 4 Pro that really properly utilizes and showcases the PS4 Pro is Horizon Zero Dawn, the rest are only moderately impressive, or simply non-existant. Since the Xbox One X buzz though, developers have lately been providing a resolution boost patch, but usually with the same textures as the regular PS4(ram limitation). You are correct that VR is not advertised or supported by Xbox yet, but there are already several PC VR companies that would be more than happy to jump on board when the time was right...personally though, it has been more as a gimmick than something worth getting serious with...and an expensive gimmick at that. The $500 price point is more than the PS4 Pro simply because the console costs more than the Pro to make, actually when you consider the small footprint(case) and the extra ram and horsepower, I find the $100 difference quite the bargain really...I actually expect Sony to drop the Pro's price to $350 US shortly since the console costs significantly less to produce than the new Xbox One X...I personally pick up my Scorpio edition console this Tuesday to hook up to my 4K TV that I bought with the Pro last December and what happens to my PS4 Pro?It gets connected to a 1080p TV where it simply belongs...Horizon Zero Dawn will still look good at 1080p. Additionally, this reviewer mentions that Xbox One X versions of multiplat's will look better, but you should not see much of a difference between that and the Pro to warrant buying this console? To be honest, the differences between the Xbox One S and PS4(regular) are far less than the potential differences between the PS4 Pro and the new Xbox One X, but all reviewers bragged and promoted the better PS4 experience over the last 4 years?!!?? Logic anyone??? Oh well, simply enjoy what you prefer, but do not be blind...it's like saying an Nvidia gtx 1060 video card is not much different than one on a gtx 1070ti, yet the gtx 1070 costs over $200 more for a reason. Anyway, those who want the best console experience possible for the next 3 or 4 years before next generation console's release should grab a new Xbox One X, for those who strictly enjoy Sony only titles should not bother, those who want the best multiplatform experiences should grab and new X, and those who simply do not care about the visual fidelity of games should simply remain with a regular Xbox One S or PS4...cheers.
Not a bad price for the hardware but Microsoft is definitely going to have to step up the exclusives. Hopefully this just lead to having more games for both Ps4 and Xbox. I haven't touch either of my consoles in a while.
The price limits it to diehard fans is fake news. I personally know several people who have a X on pre-order that previously had a PS4. I'm not die-hard and I have one on preorder.
If you look at the most sold games on both consoles it's the multiplats. So don't go and tell me that I should chose the platform with the most Exclusives because that would be PC and I already have a gaming PC. I got the X so I could have the 4K experience on my couch and so I could still play with my friends on Xbox.
Good job mentioning Intelligent Delivery. No one is even talking about this. They're just freaking out about files sizes. Let's hope this feature gets full support from Devs. But bad job saying that it doesn't do much more than the Pro, that's just silly. Many of the games X1X 4K texture packs aren't even out yet so how can you compare. Pro cannot do native 4K for most titles and doesn't have the memory bandwidth or RAM to cache 4K textures. That's kind of a huge deal.
Wow, that was a knock on the Xbox One X. A gaming PC to play 4k games doesn't cost 600 dollars more like double - $1200. It cost 700 for a 1080 ti by it self without the PC and that's the only card that can really run 4k 60fps. The Xbox One X is 499 and can play 4k games on your 4k HDR TV. So, get outta here with that PC mindset because what your saying is not true.
Terrible review. The X is a beast and a 600-800 dollar PC is not going to be better. Not biased, love my PC, PS4 pro and Xbox one X. Just a lot of misinformation in thus review.
I have a Pro and a PC rocking a GTX 1080 and guess what? I'm picking this up just for the price alone, it's cheap for what's on offer, very cheap. And I know it'll be future proof for a bit. Plus console play just trumps PC play at times. Take AC Origins, while the game looks great in 4k on my PC it's CPU intensive and doesn't run as well as it does on consoles, frames drop a lot.
I don't agree with some of your points. 1) I'm not a hardcore Xbox fan. In fact, I'm not a hardcore anything fan. I've got a PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Switch sitting right next to each other under my TV. Still, getting way better performance on already released titles in 1080p interests me (something Digital Foundry went into great detail). 2) Getting a Pro instead of the X for third party titles seems dumb. Shadow of War and Tomb Raider run way better on this and if I'm getting a "premium" console I'd rather shell out 100 bucks more to get better FPS, loading times and textures. Stepping up another $300 (plus monitor) seems like a way more ridiculous comparison than just $100 more for a straight-up better console experience. All in all, I'd say people should check out the Digital Foundry review. I feel like it's more neutral than this one.
You are wrong, the Xbox One X is not only a console but also a powerful media consuming machine. Netflix Hulu Amazon videos and many other services are available on Xbox. Sometimes you play games and sometimes you watch movies. That's how we entertain ourselves. We do not always play video games. Xbox is more versatile than any PlayStation.
Hey man is xbox x on normal game like call of duty look better than ps4 pro ? I have ps4 pro i love graphics you think is really make same get xbox x or just keep my ps4 pro
Sadly this review's perspective might be accurate from the general consumer perspective, although it feels a bit off from enthusiasts' perspective. I think it's down to the difference in how its price point is seen, and Engadget's view seems to be typical of the general public.
You can't touch a gaming PC with these specs for $600-$800. You'd need a GTX 1070 to match the 6 Tflps, which is $450 by itself. Add a good CPU, mother board, case, cooler, power supply and HDD and it's at least another $400-$500, and you have to put it together, AND that does not include a 4K Bluray player. You also did not mention one of the best things about Xbox over PS4, which is backwards compatibility. If you liked Halo, or Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic or dozens of other last gen games, you can play them all here. Plus check out Digital Foundry's reviews - lots of old titles even without the patches are playing way better on XB1X compared with XB1S. Look at Halo 3, it is almost like a new game.
Die hard Microsoft fans? nah I buy Xbox because it's better. That doesn't make me a fanboy and I don't mind putting out $500 for a console with the same specs as a $2k gaming pc
Knocking the $500 price point is dumb. If the Xbox One X was as powerful as the PS4 Pro, then it would be an issue, but considering it is more expensive to produce and a much more powerful console, the higher price is justified. It's not like the original Xbox One console which was $100 more than the original PS4 for inferior specs.
Wait your complaining about the $500 price point on a console that is clearly better than the 400$ PS4 pro price point. Your getting what you pay for $500. PS4s console is not better its just cheaper. No I am not a fanboy of either I'm just stating points that contradict one another. Can't complain about price when your getting what it's worth .
Reviewer constantly mentions $500 price point as a negative, regardless of value, but then trys to sell us on a $600 - $700 PC? Apparently this PC will do soooo much more than the 1X, but the Pro and 1X? The same. lol
Hell I couldn’t believe the pro didn’t come with a 4k bluray i love my pro but man the xbox definitely fills like the more premium box. And its much cooler and quieter. I know sony has more exclusives but the one with be my multi platform machine. I love all 3 systems just fill like xbox gets picked on too much.
Hmm a lot of miss information here,. You can not get a 600 dollar pc that will run games better than the x thats just crazy as the gpu is between a 1060 and 1070 also why would you choose the pro over the x when the x has a lot more power? Thats like saying play all your games on the regular ps4 and not the pro
$600-$800 for a more powerful computer than Xbox one x statement is kindof true but I’d say that price should be $700-$900. Ram and ssd in computers are more expensive now than a year ago. Also GPU’s are more expensive cause of the mining craze.
$550 for that Ryzen system would be crazy. Can you link me that. You would need a 1060 6gb but really we should look on the and side to keep things the same. I don’t think you can do a system for $550 and if we were working with a 1080 your not doing that with $900 and having a that Ryzen 1200 in it. Would make no sense. 8 gb is fine but I think you need 16 gb to be ok with everything. Look bottom line the Xbox one x is a great deal for $500 and it has amd gpu fairly new and can game in native and other ways of getting games to 4k.
I'm a PC gamer, but my god Engadget, this is the most biased review I've seen from you yet. I don't even have to be a console gamer to see that. You talk about how the One X is more powerful and plays games better but then recommend the less powerful PS4 Pro for multiplats? How does a weaker system benefit you for multiplats, especially considering the price differential is only $100? And since you talk about gaming PCs, I'd advise anyone considering building one to drop the extra $100 or so if it results in performance gains. What happened to objectivity in tech media?
You don't have to spend 800$ for a decent pc. You can actually if you take the time to look for the parts get a 4k gaming pc for 500$ to 600$. Just saying
5/6 of those I can play on my PC, it's not an exclusive if it also comes out on another platform. Sunset overdrive and Halo 5 were the last true exclusives that came out on xbox one and were worth buying.
"without investing in a gaming PC" you do realize you can very easily build a gaming PC now for around the same price if not a little bit more right??? investing in a gaming PC these days is about as easy as picking up the Xbox 1 x and it does MORE than an Xbox 1 x.
The PS4 pro can do most of what the x can ? I think not the visuals are worse it doesn’t play 4k blu rays who is this guy such a Sony blind follower I know he’s talking crap cause I have a pro
mpvega58 while the last of us 2 trailer was gorgeous it was a cut scene and not in game. If it can maintain that fidelity throughout I will be stoked. First party titles have an advantage over a third party since they have direct access to all the development tools in house.
As a PS4 pro owner I know the machine doesn't deliver on it's dynamic 4k marketing the machine should promote 1440p seeing as that's what most games end up running
This review is so blatantly biased, it’s comical. Same rhetoric you hear from the PlayStation fans - “Well for $500 you might as well build a PC rig”. Sooo he just promoted the PlayStation and PC in an Xbox X review and one cost more. And that’s why DF has the best reviews for hardware. See what I did
This review was pretty bad a lot of misinformation and clearly a biased approach....
Odd you mention framerate drops on Gears 4, as digital foundry did an analysis and there wasn't a single frame dropped?
So 1080p 44fps from 60 is not a frame drop, you imbeciIe? What video did you watch?
Laura Cruise Videos food for thought.
Pudgey Potato he is talking about in 4K 30 FPS mode there was zero frame drops....also this review said that it ran below 1080p in performance mode and that isn’t the case it runs a locked 1080p I noticed a lot of false info in this review.
TruthHurts
Playing at 4k 30fps human... Not at 1080p
You are everywhere always hating the Xbox... Did you have a happy childhood?...
TruthHurts still at it aye?
Why Pro will be better for 3rd party games? This sounds biased. 1X would be better playing 3rd party titles because of the simple reason that it has more memory and power to support 4K textures.
'Clearly the better deal'. Not 'better'.
*"PS4 Pro is clearly the better deal for Multiplats"*
Yeah because when playing multiplats you want the weaker console, that makes sense.
Exclusive content*
There's no reasoning behind any of his opinions
Think of it this way, youll have a resolution bump in most games, that's it, for the most part framerates will remain static as the hardware is static. For 150 dollars less, thats a few games worth, you can get the pro.

It's half the price of another X device launching today.
3. Some additional advantages would be a UHD BD player, all generations of backward compat, Dolby Atmos just to name a few.
Kevin R agreed very biased. Literally promoted every option besides Xbox one x
The primary reason I'm buying it over a PS4 is the UHD player and Atmos sound.
A picture is emerging that a general consumer review is negative, and an enthusiast review is positive. It's just like what phil spenser has said that it's not for everybody. I think it comes down to how expensive the price 'feels' against the gadget's perceived productivity.

I wonder what he rated the PS4 pro lol...
I feel this review is biased...
GLIFELA 11 That's exactly my feelings.
GLIFELA 11 yup
this is more realistic than biased, the only people who have any incentive to buy the X are existing Xbox users.
popa chopa not exactly. I'm a ps4 pro user.. and thinking of upgrading to the X. Just getting the X to play the multiplats in the best version possible. I will enjoy exclusives for both consoles.
Engadget is always biased against Microsoft products.
Lost me when u said the PS4 Pro was a better choice
Pudgey Potato im looking for an unbias opinion, saying its just an upgraded Xbox then touting the PS4 Pro that tells you alot
Vincent Matlock yeah I caught his review, I don't mind the objectivity in a review but u can't support these obvious write offs of products with no sensible explanation.
Kent Kerr but it's 500 until say 2020 when the new one comes out that's 14 bucks a month approximately
Brandon Carozza Microsoft discounts their consoles every year, so by 2020 around 300ish
Kent Kerr This would be a good response to getting a system besides the Xbox One X except for the plain and simple fact the X is more powerful than both a PS4 Pro (by a lot) and a $600 PC, the main selling point of this system is the power.

A gaming pc of $600 to $800 will easily be more powerful than the X but shows a gaming pc with a 3 multi gpu set up...
That is a lot of salt and hate....
Showed that while stating
"But PC has the benefit of being upgradable down the road"
600+ keyboard, mouse, uhd blueray player. (200 by itself). nothing comes close to 500 for features
AFly7 not really. It's a 4k machine might as well take advantage of a uhd Blu Ray player.. hell even the s has a uhd Blu Ray player and it's only 250..
you cna digitally donwload blue ray movies who uses blu ray readers...
Nino Medina just cuz you don't doesn't mean others don't. Lmao

GETTING ONE ON LAUNCH DAY!
How do you transfer your games from your "S" to your "X"? Cloud or transfer cable?
If i buy a gaming pc and would have to upgrade it in the long run, wouldn't that be kinna defeating the purpose of getting a pc over a console?
Shhh don't tell that to pc elitists. Apparently upgrading gpu and other components are free.
Is this a review or a OneX/Ps4Pro comparison video?

A good custom built gaming PC should cost anywhere from $800 to $2000. It depends on which components you get. If you want 4K you're definitely spending up to $2000. If you're like me, and want to run BotW on CEMU 60 FPS 1080p, you're spending close to $1800.
It’s simply a faster Xbox? Are you blind did Helen Keller review this?
Which part of the review is biased? It is as much factual as you can get it.
That GPU is not Polaris based it custom because it has Vegas and Polaris tech smh
Did they just say it doesn't do much more than a PS4 pro???
it does not. same weak cpu.
At least clean it off before you show it. I see cat hair, dust, and everything in your place.
Beats, Games, Life -ZimM804
Hahhaha.
Ps4 pro is a better value? What a biased fanboy review.
Yes, having first party game has no value...
Thank God for Digital Foundry and their knowledge....
Mine just shipped. Be here Tuesday. Excited!
I've realised with more and more quality content to choose from out there I have to be selective if my tech choices. This channel clearly doesn't quite cover tech the way I think is a benefit to me. There for I have unsubscribed. Good luck out there fellas. Keep your sticks on the ice.
its not meant for normal consumers as Phil Spencer said its a premium console
rob andres Well I'm not normal. 😂
no one is really :)
Not the full 12 gigs.
wow! you can clearly tell this guy is PCfanboy who doesn't like the fact that a 500 console may be a able to compete with his $1200 PC.
I'm not die-hard and I have one on preorder.
this ain't a review. this is "reasons not to buy ONE x"
Sometimes that's all gamers want, a more powerful system.
If you look at the most sold games on both consoles it's the multiplats. So don't go and tell me that I should chose the platform with the most Exclusives because that would be PC and I already have a gaming PC. I got the X so I could have the 4K experience on my couch and so I could still play with my friends on Xbox.
CrispCarbon I already have chosen. Actually pre-ordered the Project Scorpio Edition. 😋
Question: so my BF1 on original xbox one will not look any better on Xbox One X because it's not "enhanced" yet?
WILL YOU BE ABLE TO LIVESTREAM ON THE XBOX X LIKE PS4 ?
Thought this was an xbox review not a ps4 v xbox 🤦🏻♂️
PS4 PRO IS A MISTAKE TO HUMANITY
Ok, now how about a reviewer who isn’t a Sony fanboy lol.
Wanting to play games in 4k on a console does NOT mean you are a die hard Microsoft fan.
*Multiplats are better on the PS4 Pro???* WTF lmao who would want to play games on the weaker console?
Javian Johnson seems like a lot of people lol. Who wants to play on a system with no good exclusives
Bought this. Ain got no 4k tv.
Bought 4k tv. Watches news. And listenin to radio with it.
explain more.
Someone got a bribe from Sony.
"It's simply a faster xbox" - gtfo with that. It doubled the amount of memory for games. That's a HUGE upgrade that doesn't just "make games faster"
I just got mine I don't know if it was worth it then. But it. is definitely worth buying now it's simply amazing!!!
Dude... Who plays racing sim with back camera ?
Another Sony fanboy. The Multiplates are going to look and play better on XBOXONE X FACTS. Stop lying to the people.
This was the most misinformed garbage wtf
You are wrong, the Xbox One X is not only a console but also a powerful media consuming machine. Netflix Hulu Amazon videos and many other services are available on Xbox. Sometimes you play games and sometimes you watch movies. That's how we entertain ourselves. We do not always play video games. Xbox is more versatile than any PlayStation.
Please remove this guy from future Xbox reviews and content. Thanks.
@Maximun2k12 this is biased so unless you wanna help duck off
For a 4k drive, and 1.8 extra TF and premium online experience, I think it is worth the extra $100.00 (opinion)
Engadget is the new Digital Foundry.
If its multiplats you are interested in the ps4 pro is the better deal? wtf?
I don't get it....why do people always bring up T-flops when it comes to consoles....why not discuss the GPU speed, or let alone what GPU it is..
This console will be good at $350. Should get there in a year or so.
This review ignores one of Xbox' most compelling features for upgraders: good track record for backwards compatibility.
Is it weird that I almost died of laughter when he said teraflops.
Released yr after still got more enhanced games and true 4k games
Started fine then went downhill. It does alot more than the pro
1080p dashboard, no exclusives, yay.
Just waiting to buy the PS4 Pro again with a good deal
Pro better for multiplats? Have you SEEN the comparisons? X DESTROYS Pro in every way except for number of exclusives.
This dude should never review any Microsoft product ever again on this channel.
I feel like this was just a video bashing the Xbox.
I think the dislikes are triggered fanboys that had to hear from this guys mouth that a $600-$800 PC is more powerful than the X (Which is 100% true)
Reviewer constantly mentions $500 price point as a negative, regardless of value, but then trys to sell us on a $600 - $700 PC? Apparently this PC will do soooo much more than the 1X, but the Pro and 1X? The same. lol
I'm waiting for the Crowcab video on it. Its inevitable.
Its all you ever wanted without having to invest in a gaming pc
The only problem ?
Its not a gaming PC
Is it loud or quiete?
who cares !
DF say it's quiet
Someone obviously does. Get out of here with that crap.
It is quite quiet.
parazels83 nothing like that Harley engine sound from PS4 pro
Hell I couldn’t believe the pro didn’t come with a 4k bluray i love my pro but man the xbox definitely fills like the more premium box. And its much cooler and quieter. I know sony has more exclusives but the one with be my multi platform machine. I love all 3 systems just fill like xbox gets picked on too much.
But there are almost no exclusives on this console, why even buy it?
Hmm a lot of miss information here,. You can not get a 600 dollar pc that will run games better than the x thats just crazy as the gpu is between a 1060 and 1070 also why would you choose the pro over the x when the x has a lot more power? Thats like saying play all your games on the regular ps4 and not the pro
He was supposed to say it runs at 4k 60 but online it’s 4k 30
Just saying
What do you mean by " Console's exclusive titles "
5/6 of those I can play on my PC, it's not an exclusive if it also comes out on another platform. Sunset overdrive and Halo 5 were the last true exclusives that came out on xbox one and were worth buying.
"without investing in a gaming PC" you do realize you can very easily build a gaming PC now for around the same price if not a little bit more right??? investing in a gaming PC these days is about as easy as picking up the Xbox 1 x and it does MORE than an Xbox 1 x.
Why does the title say "Xbox one x review" but you point out the pro is a better deal? BIAS MUCH?!?!
The PS4 pro can do most of what the x can ? I think not the visuals are worse it doesn’t play 4k blu rays who is this guy such a Sony blind follower I know he’s talking crap cause I have a pro
Brownie Sg1 I guess didn't see the new last of us part 2 trailer.
Its a console, they cant do much period.
mpvega58 while the last of us 2 trailer was gorgeous it was a cut scene and not in game.
One gripe still using a standard spinning hard drive in 2017 . a ssd drive would have been better
I can't wait it'll this comes out
