    Its my favorite meditation technic. Last 7 month everyday i practicing it.
    Abhi, maybe better for new starter person: your voice guide them; - what you feeling on your nose, neck, focus chest, hot or cold, have moving with breath?.. you know.

    I think emotions, feelings and thoughts, lot of worry all is in the head only not in any part of the body, then how we can tackle it through vipassana. If u have any injury u can heal through this, can u plz enlighten me about this

      Yes amazing. What's good for you might not be good for someone else. I want you to try different meditation techniques and see what works for you best so you can continue.     🙏sir, Iam from India my son 15yrs old he is suffering from celebral palsy ,he is mentally good,but he isn't able to sit by is own and,walk so there is any technique can I do for him sir please suggest me 🤝sir

    Emotion and feeling arr two different things? I thought they are identical.

      In the context, we are teaching emotions are biological responses of the body and feelings are the interpretation of those emotions as we attach our stories.
