Thank you for posting this great question as this would help many and sorry that it's not clear in the video. You would engage the root chakra lock when you exhale fully. When you do the Kapalbhati Pranayama breath, after you are done with the short breaths, do you pull up the stomach immediately when you exhale to hold it that way or do you release your stomach when you exhale and only then you pull it in?

This action pulls the diaphragm up. In even more advanced practice, you can combine this with the root lock (Mula Bandha), where you contract the perineum muscles. This helps in locking the energy within your body and enhances the benefits of the practice. And it did go away as I did my chair yoga. I have mobility issues that why I'm working on breath work and other exercises to keep as healthy as I can be. Nice effort. I believe you're transitions are a little quick and vague. Being a guy who tried your breathwork for the first time today... I could not understand what you're saying because you talk too fast. Had to keep rewinding. The transitions were a little unclear. I made it work and it was pretty good. Just some feedback. I think I've tried every other breathwork channel on RUclips and I usually understand what they're saying especially on the transitions.. Like when to breathe out fully, hold at the top or at the bottom. I never really knew if I was holding on the inhale or exhale on these. I liked the background music and 30 second meditations though... Especially with the peaceful 🔔 bells. Chief

That's a relevant question and may help many . We're trying to get the energy to flow and whichever body partr the energy gets stuck, that's where you feel the pain. I struggled with maintaining a constant rhythm with the breath of fire. I'd often lose track. Can this improve over time? I'd like to try this for 30 days. I hold my breath due to stress and breathe from my chest rather than stomach and often clench so I'm exhausted. I'd like to see if this can get me moving more so I can go back to exercise classes and gym. My stomach is in constant knot, it needs loosening!
