      @@TheSchoolofBreath i have shared your channel twice, and will continue to. When we develop our practice, it seems we become accustomed. Once I offered to share techniques in a public tub, having had begun when I thought no one was coming. The couple agreed to being shown and then admitted they were about to teach pranayama at a festival the following day, giving me the token of listening and also showing that a "vu" sound during Bhramari/'bee breath' can help to sharply dislodge pineal crystals. I still prefer the "hmmm" with mouth closed, but it is good to learn from each other and to be in conversation. I want to study the vedas more often.
      As a patient at the School of Ayurvedic Medicine in Albuquerque, they taught me Bhramari Pranayam so as to press the pinkies under the nostrils, the ring fingers next to the nostrils, the middle fingers at the tear-duct of the eye, and the pointer-fingers at the third-eye.
      Thank you for your channel and energies, communication

    If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. And if you have to go down, go down fighting with everything you've got.

    Thank you fo this beautiful sequence, its incredible how much you you move in 15min. As I want to go for more deeper and longer pranayama session, your videos are nice but some wish for a longer video and exercise occured. It could be easy 1-2h of breathwork, that could fit my needs. As 15 min is already poweful, how could it be when doing longer sessions and really getting into pranayama. I would love to dedicate all my life to it - you would be my always wished Master for me to give me further guidance.

      @@TheSchoolofBreath Drear Mr. Abhi, thank you for your time and patience . I have some questions, first which school of yoga are you teaching or representing? Also what form of tummo are you teaching, what is the word you use it in the yoga tradition? Also, in your own words how would you describe Prana Vidya? I’m also curious the sequence you presented, I learned nadi shadona comes before bastrika breathing as a preliminary to begin it, which is different than your presentation. Also If I’m interested in attaining enlightenment through your breathing methods and their order how much time should a day should I devote to it I.e. three hours a day four times a day, or what do you recommend? Thank you tremendously for your time and energy! Namkha

I noticed that in your other video, "Activate Pineal Gland," you included Diaphragmatic Breathing after Alternate Nostril Breathing, but this wasn't included in the current video. Is it optional, or can we add Diaphragmatic Breathing to this practice as well? Additionally, in the previous video, you followed the Humming Bee Breath with Third Eye Meditation, where the tongue was rolled towards the upper palate, but this step wasn't included after the Brahmari Pranayama in the current video. Would it be alright to integrate the sequence from the previous video with the practices from this one in my practice?

      Hi there, different techniques resonate better with different people. That's why we encourage experimenting with variations to find what works best for you. Feel free to customize the practice in a way that aligns with your needs, while being mindful of how these variations affect your energy and focus. The key is to stay consistent while allowing flexibility to explore what suits you best. Keep observing the changes you experience and adjust accordingly.
      Good luck with the challenge, and keep us posted on your progress!

      I looked it up because of your comment. How many years of yoga practice do you suppose it would take to be able to follow along with a 58 min video like that one? Holy cow that's a real yoga master

    It is straigh and simple...the classic yoga sutras tell us a basic sequence of pranayam which no one elaborates...either they do not know or do not put it in simple form....inhale through left nostril count 8 hold ie kumbhak 32 counts and exhale through right nostril count 16 ...in nut shell 1-4-2 that's original system preaches....this is nadi shodhan do it and see the amazing results..❤

      @TheSchoolofBreath  Месяц назад +1

      Absolutely! 🙏🏼 You can start with shorter intervals and gradually increase the time as you get more comfortable. It’s all about progress, not perfection. Keep practicing at your own pace and be patient with yourself-you’re doing great!

      No worries! 🙏🏼 You can start by holding your breath for shorter periods and gradually build up to 45 seconds. It’s all about progress-take it at your own pace, it should feel natural and comfortable. Keep going, you're doing great!

    Thank you sir for this practice.
    One doubt I have , I have heard that in alternate nostril breathing we should end from where we started. However in the practice we started from left but we ended at right,... so if you could please advise any specific reason ?

    • @TheSchoolofBreath
      @TheSchoolofBreath  Месяц назад +2

      Traditionally, in alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana), it is common to end the practice by exhaling through the same nostril you started with, often the left nostril. This helps to maintain a sense of balance. However, there can be variations depending on the intention of the practice.
      In the session you followed, ending with the right nostril is intended to activate the body's Pingala Nadi (associated with energy and action), which is stimulated through the right nostril, providing more balance or energy at the end.
      Feel free to follow the method that resonates best with your practice!

    Breathing exercises are just a warm ups for Pranayama Sadhana. and by the way, there is no such thing as a correct order, because it is very individual. there might be general guidelines, and that's all.
