If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. And if you have to go down, go down fighting with everything you've got.

@@TheSchoolofBreath Drear Mr. Abhi, thank you for your time and patience . I have some questions, first which school of yoga are you teaching or representing? Also what form of tummo are you teaching, what is the word you use it in the yoga tradition? Also, in your own words how would you describe Prana Vidya? I’m also curious the sequence you presented, I learned nadi shadona comes before bastrika breathing as a preliminary to begin it, which is different than your presentation. Also If I’m interested in attaining enlightenment through your breathing methods and their order how much time should a day should I devote to it I.e. three hours a day four times a day, or what do you recommend? No worries! 🙏🏼 You can start by holding your breath for shorter periods and gradually build up to 45 seconds. It’s all about progress-take it at your own pace, it should feel natural and comfortable. Keep going, you're doing great!
Thank you sir for this practice. One doubt I have , I have heard that in alternate nostril breathing we should end from where we started. However in the practice we started from left but we ended at right,... so if you could please advise any specific reason ?
Traditionally, in alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana), it is common to end the practice by exhaling through the same nostril you started with, often the left nostril. This helps to maintain a sense of balance. However, there can be variations depending on the intention of the practice. In the session you followed, ending with the right nostril is intended to activate the body's Pingala Nadi (associated with energy and action), which is stimulated through the right nostril, providing more balance or energy at the end. Feel free to follow the method that resonates best with your practice!
Breathing exercises are just a warm ups for Pranayama Sadhana. and by the way, there is no such thing as a correct order, because it is very individual. there might be general guidelines, and that's all.
Your visual effects are outstanding! Have done this practice for two weeks and going to 40 days without a break.
