    Important things in meditation - first relax your body and then focus on breathing

    This meditation has been very helpful to me in allowing me to experience a calm, non-judgemental response to all comments, thoughts, feelings,

    The guided meditations on "Declutter the Mind" are authentic. They are "by-the-book" instructions in the best sense of that term.

    Vipasana meditation allows to open the mind thoughts not to cling to superficial steps but to maintain equanimity through body scan.

      Depends on who’s listening to him. If you did his 15minutes or 20 minutes meditation he talks just as much but in a bigger time frame
