    What amazes me is how they prepare their food with care and delicacy. They make use of every consumable part of the fish as possible. Even with simple garnishes, they make the dishes so mesmerizing.

    I think Japanese fish cutters are of the best in the world. They treat the fish 🐟 with upright respect. And there cleanest is of the best in the world 🌎. You would never see them cutting a fish on the dirty ground. Like people from China and Taiwan
