I have two slip discs in my lower back, but I still was telling myself to do squats or I’m not really doing legs, it’s not like my legs were growing anyway because I wasn’t even pushing myself. Just hearing it from a professional like yourself that alternative workouts are there and you don’t need to do squats when you have these issues, has really helped overcome that ego. Always giving the best content!
Your legs will grow without squats, especially if you hit them twice a week

Belt squat is my new fav 💪
I like belt squat but there is some belt squat machines that the belt kills your hips lol

TRAINING LEGS IN YEEZYS IS A BOLD MOVE BOSS NGL
lol they are probably the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn.
@MrDamienPatrick they are I agree I just thought it was frowned upon seeing as some may roll their ankle most people train legs in a flat sneaker.
Not sure if I'm overthinking (probably) but I always get concerned on supersets like the first one of training one leg or arm more than the other, like in this example you're resting the right leg before going to the double leg extension but the left leg gets no rest at all
You can just start in the other direction next set

One thing I will say, I DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend naturals doing this workout. Way too much volume. Cut it in half and space it out between two leg days a week.
This workout in the video would only benefit enhanced athletes.
