@@MrDamienPatrick I was turned onto your videos about three years ago from a guy at the gym. I started working out when I was 55 years old. Didn’t know how to do anything. Your workouts helped me through. I lost over 100 pounds probably pushed my self too much being in the gym seven days a week 3 to 4 hours a day, I’ve backed way off. I actually need to add more time to the gym but I love it. Self-confidence and feeling better you can’t get that from appeal. You only get that from hard work sweat and tears. I want to thank you for your help with all these wonderful videos I get from.

I started my journey with your 101, 102, & 103 for mass videos and turned into a beast. I Haven’t been consistent for the past 5-8 years but I’m back starting at the 102’s. It’ll be dope if you did those series over like an updated version of those maybe new workouts and new tips that you’ve learned since then. I loved your mass series & I do feel like they are timeless videos but you know the ppl always want more Thanks for everything.
