I tried but now I am using asrock b650e pg riptide wifi motherboard. This has heatsinks which is very close to the cpu socket. So I need mounting as you are using in ag620. Ag500 is having a square mounting bracket which is not getting enough space.
I am considering building it with B650M D3SH, since it's two fans how did you manage RAM space. I am also getting 7600 NON X version but will overclock it soon. Also does the AG620 come with a cable splitter out of the box or do I need to buy one?

its just cpu fan power pin. If you bought rgb or argb version, you should should connect it to the respective 3pin(argb) , 4pin(argb) connectors. and control the lighting via motherboard software

Is ag620 good with i5 13500?or liquid cooler is needed?stock cooler valorent temperature goes 84/86°C. I play games a lot
Ag620 is fine for 13500
It can handle an i9 13900, at over 90°C. It will not turbo like crazy, but it will work fine

Yes, I am also facing high temperatures. Waiting for cpu change in next year.
AMD cpu are very hot. And once it crosses 85c then it throttles badly.
I am using rtx 3070 but that gets max 70-75fps in ray tracing medium at 1440p resolution.

It is okay with ram clearance. And also you can adjust the fan height according to your ram height. But it may protrude when closing side panel.
