I really wished DeepCool would sell an "LCD upgrade" for the Normal Ak620. I really want this, but I can't justify replacing my Zerodark Ak620, which I got for my 2023 Build back in February.
I have the exact same issue. I reinstalled and did a lot of troubleshooting and to only find out in the deepcool system tray there is actually a "Launch at windows start up" this sorted everyinthg. I bought one of the AK620 Digitals, and while they are good quality, and looked great, the screen scratched very easily. I accidentally scratched it the second I peeled the plastic off. I ultimately returned it to Amazon, and bought an AIO instead. Cooling performance was excellent though!

I also used the included thermal paste. I tried reinstalling the cooler but the temps are still the same. The cpu that I’m using is the ryzen 5 7600. What should I do ?
We need to address these crappy clips, I have not ever met any builder that enjoys these clips. That top hole is, maybe, one of the best solutions. I just upgraded to the Z790 last night, if the board is out it is still a struggle.

I think it 's the perfect size between the AK400D and AK620D, it doesn't compromise the look of the ram especially if your ram has rgb.

What's the point in installing the optional resistor, when there is a PWM fan, program controlled.

I hope they upgrade this to a LED screen so you can rotate the display orientation for some people like me who has the Thernaltake CTE cases haha.

Daisy chaining. You can connect another ARGB fan or other product to it. Lets you use more than one device per RGB header.
