Hello. I am looking to build a computer soon with an MSI Z790 motherboard, an i7-3700K. But I cannot decide between the Deepcool AK620 or Noctua NH-U12A/NH-D15. I really do not like liquid cooling if I can just go air cooling. I will be playing The Sims 4 on ultra and maximum settings and using HandBrake. I will keep everything factory stock such as no contact frame to replace the stock contact frame, no undervolting, etc. I hope that if I were to choose this cooler, it can handle the i7-13700K factory stock with no problems.
It that means if I pair this with 65 wt cpu the temps gona be under 65 or 70 Actually I leave in very hot area room temp here is 40c so what you think this is great cooler for 65 wt cpu
How tall would you say the tallest RAM could be with this? I'm in the process of purchasing PC parts for a new build, and there was such a great deal for this CPU cooler during Prime Day last week I had to get it. The RAM I've been looking at has been the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600, which has the dimensions of 5.31 x 0.28 x 1.38 inches. So will 1.38 inches be short enough for this cooler?
I have the vengeance ram and it does not fit with this cooler, however, I did move the front fan to the back of the cooler closer to the exhaust and it works fine
