Yes, listening to your body (re: nutritional needs) is important. The first thing is being honest about one's 'unreasonable cravings'... i.e. chocolate, etc... and trying to avoid those. Once you have identified that you body will tell you what you need via... yes, cravings... but you'll soon learn that these are the healthy ones. It does take a while to learn this but it is worth it. Cheers and adventure on!
Currently, that small country is the safest in America, and unfortunately many areas of the United States are immersed in crime, insecurity, drug addiction and poverty... I wish you a lot of luck and good vibes .
You're just living your life and you do it because you can as you said i think it's ok, money is for buy food, have experiences, eat travel and be happy, you're not camping in some mountain with wild wolves just try to be more careful 💪👍
