10:46 Ah, I’m afraid that’s a rather incorrect assumption. The truth is, the vast majority of us in Indonesia are not particularly proficient in English. It appears that you were merely fortunate enough to encounter a couple of individuals who spoke the language well, but they are far from representative of the broader population. In fact, our collective fluency in English is considerably lower than that of our Southeast Asian neighbors. For instance, the Philippines, as a former American colony, boasts widespread English proficiency, while Singapore and Malaysia, once British colonies, have deeply ingrained English into their education systems and daily lives. Comparatively, Indonesia lags behind in this regard.
I wonder if Ana from Brazil has any accent, because I can't notice. I can barely notice Julia's accent. But I'm not a native English speaker, I'm also Brazilian.
I'm a non-native English speaker (Norwegian)., and Ana doses have an accent, but I think it's very subtle. Maybe native English speakers will think differently. Ayway, I think Ana's English is very good. Julia's accent is more noticeable, I think, but I also think she speaks good English.
Eighth day of requesting this idea: Hello! It will be really nice if you guys made a video of comparing different Chinese dialects like the Hokkien dialect, hakka dialect, and cantonese dialect with Korean and Japanese. And get these people who speak it from China specifically. You can find some majority of hokkien speaking people in the Fujian province of China. You can find majority of Hakka speaking people from Guangdong province in China. You can find majority of Cantonese speaking people from Guangdong province in China. This is because these dialects are closer to old and Middle Chinese. So there will be more similarities when you compare Korean, japanese. I’ve been wanting someone to make a video like that for a long time.

the video was very chaotic. Like the time between someone new coming up to speak- them guessing- most of the time not even giving their final answer and then answer poping up was just really hectic. on top of that with the hectic (and still to loud) background music.
well, here 🇮🇩 not everyone can differentiate between Austria 🇦🇹 and Australia 🇦🇺 because they have almost similar names or almost the same pronunciation 😅
for me as a native non-English person ... it is hard to understand only a speak of real Englishman 😲 ... ... and of course English with a French accent is an absolutely incomprehensible language 🤣🤣🤣
As I don't speak english, the difference in accent is almost imperceptible to me, but it is also interesting to note how each nation has a way of pronouncing english words differently within their country, such as the way: brazilians, japanese and russians speak the same words in english with very different phonetics.

I don't really detect an accent with Julia in English. May a little valley girl accent or way of talking. But not not really an accent indicative of a foreigner speaking English as 2nd language.
the famous Doener Kebab was NOT brought to Germany but created in Germany (Berlin) explicit FOR German/Western taste at the time when fast food became a thing (thats why it looks like fast food and not like the 'plate meal' in Turkey - which not many knew and know. Thats also the reason why you have much more Doener shops in Germany than in any other country)
Good see Christina 🇺🇲more often on world friends, Julia 🇧🇷 is amazing, the brazilian presence is always great, 50 accents are too much 😂
This is like "World Friends trivia". If you recognize most of them, you've watched too much Worlds Friends haha
😨
Literally me 😂
Im a world not so friend but i love this show...
Hahaha we tried our best 😂 This was a fun one! -Christina 🇺🇸
Austria
Subtitles: Australia
🥴
Juila sounds very close to a native english speaker
She's tots fluent
If you learn language for long time you will sound like native speaker
The girls showed that they had a very keen ear to differentiate so many accents. I liked.
Italian person: "We're famous for food-a".
Julia: "She doesn't have an Italian accent" 😂😂😂
I was thinking the exact same thing 😂
she's like Mario talking with Luigi
Most Italian woman on the planet speaks.
Julia: "I don't think she's Italian."
Julia is such a vibe
I was waiting to see if Julia would catch on when the brazilian accented english showed up
The OG with the NG!! Two of the most iconic people on the channel.
At 17:17 in this video an error was made. The word "Australia" pops up on the screen when it should be the word "Austria".

World Friends helped me realise that Malaysians also speak very good English, probably due to the British colonial days.
Maybe she's not wrong at all, many Indonesian in America really well speak English.

Julia:"I was the host the show?"

14:41 my country 🇧🇬🇧🇬❤️ The Oldest Country in Europe.
Bulgarian kiselo mlyako (yogurt) is the best 💯
So far this is the furthest one😂😂 50 people’s nationality to guess 😂
The reason Annie - Swiss girl, spoke English like a Brit was because she lived in England for 12 years
Also I know this because I watched a video on this channel when nessa - 19 year old us teen, tried to guess different Germans’ countries
Next video, You should do a bigger version of a lot of girls playing the telephone game on your next video ❤
16:11 ill be honest, as a Dutch person, i probably wouldve guessed like germany too. She definitely doesnt have a typical Dutch accent
Good to see Christina again!

I would glad to see if it has another video with all of them again

Just a note about the thumbnail - Hungarian flag is shown instead of Bulgarian.
14:07 a lot of Lebanese people speak some French so that might be why they heard a slight French accent
