I thought about your perspective yesterday when I was riding my motorcycle home from exploring a dirt road, and my local mountain range was lit by the setting sun with pink wispy clouds above, and I thought, Tammy the mindbodymotogirl, would be so excited to share this beauty, and then today’s video you are insistently pointing out the volcano. Anyway it helped me to a deeper appreciation of a magical moment. Thanks for sharing your adventures and perspective!

Beautiful Tammy, I was wondering when you were gonna visit one of my favourite beaches in ES where depending on the time of year you can view sunrise and sunset from that beach.
La Tortuga Verde and Los Pelicanos in El Esteron just down the road from El Cuco.
PS you are very close to Spirit Mountain towards La Union.

El Salvador is as small as Rhode Island, same surface area almost, if there was a super highway that crossed the country from end to end you could probably get from one end of the country to the other in a little more than three hours or in an hour if you could drive a super fast car at about 300 miles an hour, thanks for the video thank you for showing off my country, so happy to see you're enjoying it.

No se aprovechen subiendo los precios en esos pequeños hoteles.... cobran como si es Estados Unidos, con la diferencia q aqui te dan el desayuno incluido,una picina y con tv ,refrigerador,secador de cabello cafetera, aire acondicionado plancha ,jabon y mas... no se manden con los precios paisanos 🤬🤬. The Spanish thing is not bad at all and is not about you, it's just a complaint for them about the prices of the rooms, because they seem a bit high to me, have a good day Tammy.

I can only speak from my own experience but I am very often alone and I don’t feel lonely. The few times I have felt lonely, I checked what thoughts I was focusing on and I had a story going on in my head about sad things. Once I switch my focus, looked around at all the beautiful things around me, the abundance of things to appreciate, I feel elated again. When I get to be alone it is such a blessing, I enjoy it!
