You should add that the meeting organizer can start the meeting from the calendar they chose to copy the meeting into. I use Google Calendar so that's where I will open the meeting from. Some of us are tech-challenged.

How do you add the meeting to your calendar after you have already set up the meetings?
I sometimes copy the link and manually add it to my calendar. I can create a follow-up video. What type of calendar do you use? Outlook or Google or other?

Yes it should have a add to calendar option when you share the invite. A tutorial short will be created soon.
does anyone know how to add an icloud calendar option ?
You can try using the Zoom desktop application.
Open your Zoom desktop application > click Schedule > and on the Calendar, select Other Calendars.
I hope that helps. I am not an Apple icloud calendar user.

I'm confused by google v. outlook calendars. I seem to be using both, but does using one guarantee your invitation goes on the calendar for people even who use the other?
Great question! It can be confusing. Currently I seem to be able to puck one or the other as my main invite connection. I am not sure with future updates, if this will change. I sometimes make a change based on who I am sending it to. I 'receive' invites that let me pick and sm unsure if those people use another calendar invite platform. When I learn more, I will add a follow up video. Thank you
