If there are any changes you need to make in the body of the invite, do you do that in the Zoom application or the calendar? I have been making changes in the outlook calendar, but it deletes the zoom link meeting.

Hi, I hope you are having a good evening. Just had a question. So, basically your just making the meeting into the Zoom app, initially. And, then you just copy and paste that entire meeting that you just created and paste it into a new meeting that you are creating in Outlook? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

I tried to schedule a zoom meeting by clicking on Outlook in the calendar section a few times and it never sends out the invite for some reason!

yep that was happening to me too. I wonder why that happens? This way requires a few more steps, but is more reliable.
Hi! If you send the calendar invite to someone in another time zone, will the meeting show up in your time zone or theirs?
It will show up in their timezone.

So, does the calender of the person who's invited get blocked for that time once they accept the invite?
Usually yes. But that depends on the settings of the calendar provider they use.
In other words there is nothing you can do to be 100% certain that it will, but most calendars will automatically add it to their calendar.
