How to Easily Setup Stripe Payment Links (Tutorial)

I recently got a payment link from someone using Stripe and it allowed me to easily purchase the product in one app, without needing anything else. This is great! I wanted to see how to do this since I had some comments from you about wanting to know how to set this up.
This is a single payment link option that allows you to send the same link to multiple people and they can all buy on their own time. There are some drawbacks to doing this obviously which just means you need to have additional tech setup to fulfill on those orders and you will have to use something like Zapier to get it all setup.
In this video I do a stripe tutorial for accepting payments for specific offers so you can just get a payment link and then send it out.
Stripe is a payment processin app, or a payment merchant.

I was following along, but it does not allow me to put in the price that I want to charge. I can only put the name of my product. I can also get to the confirmation page. This is strange
Is there a way to do a recurring payment that has a set number of cycles? I know you can do it with a regular subscription but I am trying to do it with a payment link. I would like for my customers to be billed monthly for 3 payments only. I am offering a class that runs 12 weeks and I am trying to split the cost of the class into 3 payments. When I set up my link now it is only showing me an option to do recurring billing that goes on forever. Thanks!

Does anyone know if stripe can be used on a platform setting (like paypal) so that multiple users can make payments and take payments from each other? And the host of the platform can take a bit off the top? Pretty much the same way paypal does?
