Tortilla recipe:
Onions - 1 head.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Parsley.
Dill.
Minced pork - 500 gr.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Salt.
Pepper.
Sunflower oil.
Tomato sauce - 150 ml.
Salt.
Pepper.
Tortilla - 5 pcs.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 35-40 minutes.

I think we have different definitions of 'A quick breakfast recipe'
It looks to be a "dinner recipe" to cook with plain time, not with quick time.

Excellent recipe! Thank you for sharing. It actually reminds me of a dish grandma used to make for us: a mixture of ground beef, finely chopped onion, parsley and seasoning spread thinly on a Lebanese flatbread then cooked pretty much like a quesadilla.

Love the idea of using flat bread. It’s hard to find good flat bread around here, but I found a recipe.
Made a comment of substituting pork with tuna. Now that I see your recipe, tuna would be good with flatbread, and pork with corn tortilla.

substituting the pork with minced chicken,
and the dill with coriander(cilantro),
the carrot with grated potato.
I also added 2 finely chopped chillies.
