    Try using a 1gallon freezer bag to soak/marinate them! That bowl is too small.

    Would coverage be better if the mushrooms were put in a bag and coated that way?

    Wow, I would never have guessed to BBQ them my grandson & I were just talking about frying these lastnight. Sure going to try these, Thank you from grandma Katie in Oregon

    Use a silicone spatula to scrape the leftover seasoning from the pan back onto your mushrooms instead of rinsing down the drain.

    Your can use a ziplock bag to allow the mushroom to soak in the marinade and it will get through all the fibers in the mushrooms. It's a lot less messy too!😊 soak for about 1 hr.

    Always when cooking mushrooms, they are full of water. You should not salt them until you have fried them. That way, you won't cook all the juice out of them. Try.😮😮 it,it works

    You have to avoid Aluminum Foil and Pout,s and Pan,s also

    There is too much sauce 😮 you want to get an honest taste of the item that you are cooking.
