Great information, delivered articulately and concisely! I’m so tired of those long, rambling introductions where women obsess on their hair, etc., or talk about boring life details, like what their car is being repaired for. Subscribed instantly!

High quality isn’t always expensive. I find I like a particular brand of button down blouse which is actually a high street brand. I have so many more expensive high end ones that just don’t feel we comfortable. It’s taken me a while but I recently bought more of this brand because wearing it feels so good and so comfortable.

Great tips, I ready for a purge. I do have a capsule basic wardrobe and then I add a little something something, I’m not into trends, perhaps one or two or a color that pops which I usually do for shoes or a handbag.

Thanks Analy! I'm with you. I have my capsule and then a piece or two a season that I can't stop thinking about. 🙂

I’m always too hot indoors, my idea of comfort, about 65-70F, doesn’t seem to match others who keep their buildings at 75-85F. In shops and other commercial places, it’s often stinginess with the AC. I only wear lightweight, breathable natural fibers plus the rayon family, but it’s still a huge problem. I sometimes wear or bring a matching tank top to wear if necessary.

Actually I don't bother looking at sizes. Designers differ.... so get that perfect fit. Understated is always great but have fun with colour!..🌷 Viva la France!

    11. If the size 12 is a little snug, get the 14....nothing makes you look bigger than wearing something too small
    12. If you carry a little weight always buy knickers 1 or even 2 sizes bigger....they won't fall down I promise, but neither will they give you a bulge or a vpl

Thanks Sarah! Yes, totally agree. Buy the bigger size so it fits your biggest part and then tailor any part is too big.

I absolutely agree, wearing clothes that are too small is the most common style mistake I see here in the US. They make one look much fatter! Sizing is almost completely irrelevant nowadays, anyway, I can wear a huge range of number sizes, depending on brand and origin.
