    the only thing i don't really understand is why in "this cake is delicious" and "this banana is delicious" different particles are used😭 they both describe something

    • @maririmiki
      @maririmiki 2 года назад +2

      I learned that by using 는/은, you're also saying a general fact. So if you see a cake, you can just randomly say "This cake is delicious" as if you're just saying that the cake is in fact delicious. But with 이/가, you use this by emphasizing what is good. So if someone asks "what is good?" You can answer "이 바나나가 맛있어요!" You're specifically saying that the banana is good. Or if the context is "between the banana and the cake, the banana is more delicious." Then you can use the 이/가 particles :)))
      This video helped me understand the difference between these particles! Goodluck!

    Why are 6 & 9 not the same?
    I thought ㅡ & ㅇ were both vowels, so why don’t they both use 가?

    • @LearnKorean24
      @LearnKorean24  Год назад

      In question 6 바나나 ends in the vowel ㅏ, and so 가 is used. In question 9, 가방 ends in the consonant ㅇ, and so 이 is used. You can find more info about these particles in our free lesson. here: learnkorean24.com/korean-particles/ . Thanks for watching!
