My husband, who is NOT learning to speak Korean, but hears a lot due to my learning Korean came and stood behind me as this video was playing. He walked away afterward saying, "Now I feel like I learned something". So great job Hailey! Thanks for sharing, I too always feel like I learn from your videos!🥰

대박! I was just confused about this earlier. Perfect timing! P.S: I figured out that '저' and '나' both mean 'I' in English, but are different honorifics (저 is more formal). When using the subject marker with 저, the 저 turns into 제 to become 제가. When using the subject marker with 나, the 나 turns into 내 to become 내가.

Woah! I never made those connections before. I'm a beginner so thank you for explaining that.

But U'r wrong when we add subject before pronouns like " I , we , you , she " then we use 는 or 은 ....... but Hailey eonnie has used the names that's why she is using 이 or 가 ...... I hope it's clear .....

I used to confused over all these “subject” and “object” markers, and always mixed them up using on wrong ways in my Korean class, ask but never get a proper explanation or perhaps my Korea 선생님 explained in quite a fast way but I still couldn’t understand, yet this vid helps me understand the correct way of using easily, thank you Hailey for clear explanation & sample sentences. Tried to login to your website for more Korean lessons, unfortunately it seems to be full & closed☹️😞 do hope🙏🏼 there’ll be new classes or lessons to sign up 🔜😜 always love your cheerfulness and ways explaining & teaching🫰🏼

I found a more easier way to memories subject and object market which i hope this helps as well.
Object Marker: The person/things receiving an action.
    (*Object can only receive actions)
Subject: The person/things doing an actions or being described.

Since you asked for a sentence, I'll try one with a made up name. If I messed up in any way, let me know. It's all a learning experience.😀
