Its a shame the actor has been getting shit from people that can't separate fiction from reality but I think he's done a good job with the role so far in the show.

He’s an anti hero not a villain. Funny how fans get mad at john walker but praise the punisher. They’re like the same! They’re anti heroes.
But Punisher does what he think is right no one telling him what to do while John Walker does what he is told to do like a trained dog even against innocence people but other than that they are pretty similar both amazing
@@6TomCruz6 Because he is the perfect solider and he was trained that way. Same with the punisher he was a soldier. They hated on John since the beginning only because he isn’t Steve, he did nothing wrong. But I agree they’re both awesome and believable.
@@jmcy291 ok first of all Punisher was a Marine no one likes to be called by their other siblings name. And Punisher got out of service pursue his own life with a wife and kids while Walker still served living that military life. I personally like Walker he is a good Captain America that corrupt America needed unlike Steve who was for the whole world

People instantly disliked John Walker because the heroes - Falcon and Bucky - disliked him. We knew he's set up by the writers to fail, so it's emotionally easier to find faults with the character than to get attached to him at all.
He's only been in the MCU for under a minute, and everyone hates him 🤣
I think it has to do with the way he was presented, it wasn't even a week after sam gave the shield to be preserved in a museum when the goverment decided to just create a new captain america, it just smells like government propaganda.... in the story of course.
People just want to hate on him cause he's not Cap

@@nichollsboy11 there won't be any more episodes as far as I know. I think they're doing all these shows so they can explain complex storylines and have them more available to the audience. Along with telling the more exciting stories on the big screen. If movie theaters dont end up shutting down. Lol

I knew him from Marvel Vs Capcom, he was side-character. When he appeared onscreen, I was confused why a black costumed captain america was called US agent.

I'm actually one of the few that likes John Walker. I feel for the guy, he's just a common soldier trying to be a true hero, It's like putting reality into fiction.
I still don't hate him even after episode 4, they said the serum makes people more of themselves but he wasn't that bad before he took it. It seems like the writers just make him fit into whichever role they need him to play, he's bad when they need a bad guy and good when they need a good guy.

I really like the US Agent character because he became the hero he always wanted to be plus he evolved to be a good person who did everything to keep people safe.
U.S. Agent is the Darker Equivalent of Captain America but a lighter version of Punisher. Still happy they made him an Anti Hero and such a badass way to go with him. Anti heros are the best,

Then took the mantle as a twisted Captain America..
His story is intense

The only reason Walker lost the title because he executed one out of his jurisdiction. If he had brought to United States then it would have been fine since US government could simply pardon him.

One of my all-time favorite crossovers was "The Punisher: No Escape," in which John Walker made a temporary alliance with Frank Castle. Those two had amazing chemistry. I actually think that USAgent belongs in Marvel's antihero crowd. I'd love to see a team up with Ghost Rider.

The Captain America No More story arc was incredible and got me so invested in both Steve Rogers and John Walker. There is a big difference between John Walker portrayal in the MCU, but I like where they are going. And it's cool that Lamar is with him in FatWS and they chose a good actor for that role. Looking forward to see how this works.

He's always been interesting. He's not exactly wrong in his approach, but he goes too far. Once he became Cap, he realized how much of a burden it was and what Steve struggled with.
He realized Steve Rogers, his inner strength is what Captain America is about or should be about. Mark wrote a couple of goofy stories at times, but he could really nail it also. In WCA they basically wrote him as Guy Gardner.
I liked when he reformed the Invaders, was dressed pretty much like Cap, and doing foreign missions.
What would happen if the US Agent was a good guy and that too as an ally for the Falcon and Winter Soldier despite working with a corrupt government in the Falcon and Winter Soldier TV show?
Actually, that would be a good idea. He could start off as an ally of the two, then become their enemy when the government decides to rein them in, even though they were saving their undeserved asses from the Flag Smashers. Anyone else getting The Boys vibe here?

I don’t hate him. But he’s a horrible leader. He doesn’t trust those around him. He’s constantly making I’ll advised decisions. He loses his temper. There’s a lot. He gets his teammates killed. I could go on, but I have stuff to do 😂

That fight Walker had with Rogers was like power vs. efficiency, because even though he was more powerful, Rogers was quicker and more coordinated, not to mention more intelligent based on how the serum worked. Cap's shield, in the comics, is actually a type of proto-adamantium that has vibranium in it, while the movie version is pure vibranium, which is why it's a rare one of a kind item.
I haven't watched the D+ shows yet, but US Agent appearing has me more interested in watching Falcon & the Winter Soldier than the titular characters do.

So did they just make another super soldier? The thing every government in Marvel has been trying to do since WW2, and there's no mention of it? What does the Power Broker do? Can it not be duplicated?
So i think that in black widow the widows in the red room have taken a super soldier serum, the red vials and thats what the flag smashers took and thats what they gave us agent
Before covid screwed up everything black widow was supposed to connect to TFATWS
I hope the show takes inspiration from the comics and transitions USAgent from a cap rival to a cap uneasy sometimes partner
