If you ad a little jitter to the roottransform and smoothe it out it could make him twitch or make him look more alive because the onlything that moves is his head (dont know if that was intentional but its overal good)

Wild how when I was a kid, maybe 10, I made a mini tutorial on how to use sfm, I had these insanely talented sfm users come into my comments and tell me “it’s not hard” “it looks like shit” “why are you using the splinx animatronics” but when someone else does something similar in 2023, it gets praise 😭 lol.
