What if the bid says "certified small business"? It seems that they need the cert. Am I wrong?
What kind of LLC small business should I open if I don't have a niche and act as a middleman for different services?
What do you think about the legal federal ruling from Tennessee that has to do with 8(a) companies? Also, do you think the Supreme Court ruling on Affirmative Action will have an impact on how the GSA awards contracts? Many are saying that the ruling will have an impact on how the government awards contracts to women and other disadvantaged groups. They are saying a lot of prime contractors are looking to move away from following government subcontractor rules because of the 8(a) ruling in Tennessee and the Supreme Court ruling on Affirmative Action.
Certainly something to follow. For the benefit of other viewers who may not be familiar with this, this ruling is not affecting the small business set-asides that are the subject of this video.
You always share good info. I have a question regarding WOSB certification, I am working as full-time employee. Am I eligible for WOSB certification?

Will I be able to do this without having the official small business certification (the one you have to apply for)?
Small business is a self certification that you do in SAM. There are other certifications, like 8(a), that require an application. Some of my other videos explain this in more detail
