    "unique challenges" 😄
    So many good tips! I would also recommend requiring the invoices be in a certain format, like Quicken or Excel - however you do accounting - so you don't get some Word or handwritten document that makes you do all the math by hand.

    So if the only set aside on the solicitation is for Total Small business as long as the subcontractor is also a total small business, under similar situation, other than contract management, they(sub) can perform 100% of the work regardless of contract value?

    I registered on SAM and have my cage code. I do have a question about leasing a retail space for a recruitment office. Does the lease actually go under my LLC?

    Hello, with subcontractors, do I need to mention to the government that I am using one and who they are?

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  7 месяцев назад

      Always pay careful attention to the solicitation for the contract. Look, in particular, for clauses like Consent to Subcontract and Limitations on Subcontracting. Personally, I was always very clear in my proposals about who was on the team and what each team member's role was.

      Your local SBDC or APEX should be able to help you with that. This video explains how to get started with them ruclips.net/video/S0KLWDBHRMQ/видео.html

    I had a question that is stopping me from bidding…for payment on a product based contract, how do I get the company to not ask for the money up front since i would be waiting for the government to pay me.

    • @FedAccess
      @FedAccess  Год назад +1

      Many companies negotiate a pay when paid clause with their subcontractors. In other words, you pay your subcontractor when you receive payment from the government for the subcontractor's work.

    Can I hire someone from freelancer from that website to write my proposal? Or Is that against the law?

      It is not against the law to hire a proposal writer, but why not do it yourself? Have you watched my videos on using ChatGPT to write a proposal? And watch this one: ruclips.net/video/L0XULiMwTH4/видео.html
