Apex person for my area had a very horrible disposition and told me I needed to go to a 3rd party for help. 😢 she seemed very annoyed that I asked for help. My business is not showing up in the WOSB when I tried to certify. It indicates no match.. Sam showed active so I don’t know what to do 😢

There is a naics for Online only companies, but you still need a Physical address??
Yes, to register in SAM, a physical address is required. Also, the NAICS code refers to the product or service you provide. Please watch this video on NAICS codes: ruclips.net/video/VdhX9Lte2lk/видео.html

Even if you just want to add NAICS codes, you need to go through all the pages to the end and Submit it, just like i do in the video. Watch the video to the end and follow my steps!

I’m sure you can register more but why not just subcontract to your other different companies using one entity.

To answer your question, after adding more NAICS codes, it's a good practice to click back to the workspace or main dashboard to ensure that the changes are saved and updated in the system. This also allows you to view and manage your updated business profile, including the newly added NAICS codes.
The number of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes you can register depends on the platform or system you're using. In general, most platforms allow businesses to register multiple NAICS codes that accurately represent the various goods and services they provide.
For example, the System for Award Management (SAM) allows businesses to register up to 250 NAICS codes. This enables businesses with diverse offerings, such as cleaning and leasing services, to showcase their full range of capabilities to potential government customers.

I formed an LLC a few years ago when I was in the Army, but I haven't done anything with it since then. I'm wondering how I can compete with others or qualify for the 8(a) program if I don't have any revenue. Do you have any advice for me?
The general rule (yes, of course, there are exceptions) is that you should have two years in business before applying for the 8(a) program. I always recommend that people start out by working as a subcontractor. That will allow you to build your company's resume. Seek out government prime contractors for work as a subcontractor.

Can someone please help me I am stuck. I don’t know what happened but I’ve been following the steps. Apparently something went left. It is asking for finance information off my business. I have a LLC that I’m using, but is asking for finance information your video. It doesn’t say none of that and it don’t take you that direction so I was wondering if someone can please help me should I delete it and start over? What should I do?
It walks you through your entire SAM registration. That includes asking for the business' annual revenue. Is that what you are asking about?
I don't see an 'Update' option. The registration is active but I only see 'View Record' as an option under Actions. Our expiration is set to expire in August. What do we do?

Is your registration Active? The update process is used for updating an Active registration.
What happens when your registration expired more than 10 years ago and the company is under new ownership

I am facing a hard time renewing since I have been blocked out my account for Sam.Gov. Now I recreate the account with the same email address. I can not find my entity as per your video. Can you help me how to get control of the account with the same email address?
Please contact the help desk at FSD.gov. You should be able to chat with someone online who can help you. If they are not able to help, please contact your local APEX Accelerator. APEX is paid by the government to help companies do business with the government, so there is no charge for their help.
