    Ingredients:
    88g (1 cup) oat flour.
    Pinch of salt.
    1/4 tsp baking powder .
    Pinch of vanilla powder .
    6 medjool dates.
    200ml hot water.
    - soak for 15 minutes.
    60g (1/2 cup) cashew nuts.
    2 bananas 150g.
    1 carrot.
    - Blend with food processor .
    Square baking pan+ baking paper.
    Bake at 180°C/350°F for 40 minutes.
