INGREDIENTS:
✔️Plums - 60g
✔️Flaxseed - 2 tablespoons
✔️Carrots (grated on a fine grater) - 230 g
✔️Oatmeal - 80g
✔️Almonds - 60g
✔️Milk - 100 ml
✔️Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
✔️Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
✔️A pinch of salt
✔️Sugar substitute (Stevia 2 teaspoons)
For cream:
✔️Ricotta - 600g
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 181.38 kcal.
Protein - 8.43 g.
Fat - 11.15 g.
Carbohydrate - 12.78 g.

@@user-ys9cb5vt4h сметану можно использовать,но сначало откинте её на дуршлак и через несколько часов будет Вам короший крем. Сахар не использую-заменила стевией😉
Скажите пожалуйста, коржи мягкие получаются? Вот на видео я не увидела мягкости - ни когда достали из духовки, ни после пропитки. Мб, подольше оставить пропитываться ?

Looks delicious! I would use plant-based milk (I like soy cause it's the creamiest/richest) and a store-bought plant-based ricotta (there are many options now available). Gonna give it a try...thank you for posting!🙂

Tolles Rezept. Für eine vegane Variante würde ich jedoch veganen Vanillepudding nehmen. Und statt Milch Pflanzendrink. Ich nehme Haferdrink. Variation: statt Pflaumen mal Datteln nehmen. Statt Stevia Ahornsirup oder Agavendicksaft.
