I have a similar lathe and improved the run out on the chuck by removing the chuck, and putting a dial indicator on the backing plate. I had about 0.002 run out. took a skim pass on the backing plate and now it runs a lot truer. I was really surprised at how much of a difference it made.

The vevor branded ones are pretty good, reasonably well finished, they have wipers and oil zerts on the saddle which a lot of them are missing. I got my Chuck running dead true by skimming the back plate and then stoning one jaw. I would recommend for these using free machining steels.

I just recently got my Vevor lathe. It arrived all beat up, even the ends of the box were broken.
    You guessed it: FedEx delivery!
Once inside, every piece of sheet metal was bent, some so bad the rivets were sheered.
Three hours later I beat the dents out and re-riveted the metal.
I spent another 6 hours adjusting each part and the tension of the moving parts.
The three-jaw chuck has .008-inch runout.
Then, the start stop switch would not keep the lathe running.
    Buyer beware.

BTW those belts are almost impossible to find!!! Mine arrived in good time well packed damage free......as with most all these cheap imports need mods so they'll run right........i have the 7x14 digital readout metal gear version and paid $520
