Informative. Thanks. We have a Berlingo Microcamper and usually stealth until we need water and a shower. We don’t need electric as we have solar. But an aire with showers and water would be handy. We usually just find a campsite every few days.

, yeah, we’ve been doing this for two years now ‘just for the weekend van life’ and youtubing for a year (channel name in inverted commas) We have adapted to our space and for what we lose in space we gain in mobility and cost savings including stealthing most of the time. We have a lounge, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet and 2 kilowatt diesel heater. Lots of storage, a fridge and removable solar for when the ‘van’ reverts to a car for my daily commute. Our very first trip was France and Belgium. We’ve done the NC500, Northumberland250, SWC300, London, Portsmouth and multiple trips in our home county of North Yorkshire.

Hi guys thanks , in France we often use the Camping Car Park Sites , through their website, otherwise inside Camper Contact app on the info page is often a link to a website for the Stellplatz, especially so in Northern and Central Europe. You can click on the link and look for the option to book , we were able to book Stellplatz’s in Bremen, Berlin , Prague among others , where we wanted a specific location usually next to the metro. Good morning and thanks for watching . If you are thinking about transiting France to Spain in winter we have some info here on a blog which might interest you - www.helenandmartinsmotorhometreks.uk/blog/which-way-through-france . Otherwise the easiest way we have found is to set the Sat Nav to the avoid Toll roads option and plan the route accordingly. Don't forget that many France Departments in the higher areas have a requirement for winter tyres or for you to carry snow chains or snow socks.
