Loved the video guys. Great intro and music choice. The George Orwell wall looks great. Those little beach huts definitely add a real splash of colour to any image. We’ve just arrived back in the UK after our trip to the North of Spain so have a bit of video editing to do. Enjoy Spain when you get there and keep safe. Irvine & Karen.

Great to see someone visiting my hometown and staying right about where I grew up! There's a great public swimming pool right next to the campsite (I think campers can use it free of charge in the summer months)!

We had a fabulous time in Southwold this August thanks to your recommendation, staying at Southwold campsite, a short walk or boat ride to lovely Walberswick and of course Fish and Chip supper at Sole Bay Fish Company with a pint of Adnams. Towns lovely and the ‘under the pier show’ was great fun.

Southwold is stunning. I think it is fair to say, i took what i think is the best seaside shot on my Nikon. It still remains my favorite and wierdly it is almost identical to yours at 11mins 10 secs with the only difference is that i have a little girl on my shot. Wasnt aware of the campsite youre staying at. Thanks for the heads up. Martin, for great sunrise photos (particular in the summer), i suggest Dunwich. I grabbed a few good shots many years ago while camping at the Cliff House Holiday Park

What a great campsite, having the walk into Southwold from there is a bonus. We went to Southwold years ago with our foster kiddies spent all day on the beach just loved it, somewhere else we must revisit, Thank you for sharing.

Great vlog! Southwold is a fantastic place to visit and when you mentioned the Bakery I said I would have gone for the famous sausage roll....great minds and all that. Also recommend the Sole Bay Inn and The Lord Nelson for a beer and we've used the motorhome parking there also. Bit tight going through the back roads to get there but great to see local councils providing these facilities. All the best, John.

Southwold is a lovely town, good that you can walk there from the site especially if Ghost Ship is involved. 😂🍻

Oh dear, Wagon Wheels 🤬... We hadn't seen one in over 6 years. However we have a shop here in Spain called Pepco that has lots of British stuff and last week they had Wagon Wheels... VERY SMALL WAGON WHEELS! As for sausage rolls, we think the butchers at Swafield might give Southwold a run for its money. The only shame is we won't be eating either for quite some time, although recent events may make it possible. Much Love Darren and Alison 🤟♥️

A very opportune vlog for us thanks. We’ve had to postpone our Spanish trip until the New year and are planning to come over to Norfolk and Suffolk for a break. Southwold is high on the list, we’ve wanted to visit for some time.

Just great - a real insight into your travels. We are so looking forward to planning and visiting some of these places. East Germany and Poland seems to be a growing area for motorhomes - we met some folk who raved about them Austria was a real experience, we too loved Salzburg - but we never did get that Go Box 😃

All great places and I must say Helen's top 5 are a pretty close match to ours, I feel so lucky to have lived in Austria for 9 years, both in Salzburg and Vienna - a lovely quality of life over there. We really must visit Suffolk at some point. Probably one to put on the agenda for one of our meet-ups. As always very well captured. We noticed a bit of a dynamic shift in this one as Helen was filming Martin taking his photos. Definitely a river crossing like I’ve never seen 😜

The wife and I lived in Felixstowe when we both worked there. Now we are about 25 miles away but often drive down to Felixstowe, park up and walk to the Ferry for tea and cakes at the cafe called Winkles in the little hut and then a walk back to the car. Alternatively, we park in Town, walk to Landgaurd and have afternoon tea at the View Point Cafe watching ships loading, coming in and leaving. An evening meal of Cod & Chips from Regal Fish & Chips near the peer is absolutely brilliant to round off the day before driving back home.

Some excellent clips and photos, Martin. Love those little ferries in Suffolk - been on the one at Walberswick. As an aside, we've just returned from touring Eastern France and Lac Neuchatel in Switzerland. If you are in the area, would thoroughly recommend visiting La Clusaz and Le Grand - Bornand - stunning locations in the Northern Alps. We were there on the day they brought the cows down from the mountains - there was a rock band playing and a local 'roots' band, all to the accompaniment of dozens of cow bells clanging away! Pandemonium!

Ice cream always the best way to finish the day. 😊
