I have the same full set. I bought them because I enjoyed a 4 color set previously. They are not easy to use. Paper type is very important. I recommend paper meant for ink drawing. That Connely artist is very inspiring. I haven't used them in a while but feeling inspired.

Great video -thank you! I am thinking about investing in Pitt Pens. Can you use these pens on art boards if you use a medium to seal the board surface?

Why would you seal it? It's permanent waterproof ink?

I really like them but they don't blend easily (the multi colored sets) if for some reason you'd like a transitional blend; which is beyond annoying .... They make one or two water based sets & I absolutely love those.
    Thanks for the info!👌

Faber castell pitt artist are one of the most overrated pens i know😮‍💨
Yeah the brand name is old and has many good things! And the colors and varity of the pitt pens sizes is also great because they have small and damn big ones, or thick ones... BUT this pens absolutely hate paper!! If you draw a few times over the paper it will rough it up and destroy it. Only some watercolor papers that are really strong on the surface can work with them... and you also need realy, reallly much practice with them if you want to draw a smooth surface with a color without seeing a streaky one... if you dont have problems with this 2 big problems (was the reason i did stop using them other than the black and white ones) than other than the high price outside of europe, they will for sure be a nice expirience! But sadly i didnt have one with them😑

I’ve given up on them too - I bought a set and three of them were bone dry! They dry out far too quickly!
