At last!🧐an obviously experienced artist does an excellent demonstration of the versatility of water-soluble graphite pencils.
I'll add my little opinion that the most honorable way is to draw with them dry on paper first. Dipping and messing with the graphite-loaded brush into water pools on the drawing is great too.
bravo Mr. Spohn, bravo FaberCastellUSA. 🤟🥇🍺

I am using these in my next video, I haven't published it but made the drawing and I am stunned at the quality you get from them. They need a learning curve, they need patience but they are so worth it!!! My MJ portrait looks photorealistic, not in the detail but in the quality and depth of the shadowing, very impressed!

I'm here because I'm ready to order my first Faber Castell Aquarelle pencils! Thanks for showing us how they work!! Faber Castell doesn't just make the highest quality pencils, they also perform way better than any other famous brand I've tested!! My sketching and drawing looks way better, like if these are magic pencils! I guess it's the graphite recipe and the overall design, that provide way better control! I've forced my self, trying other pencils side by side, but none came close, to Faber Castell 9000 or their Lead holders (TK9400) with F.C. leads of course!!
BEST for both technical and free drawing pencils out there by far!!! Merry Christmas people! To all the people who work there, THANK YOU!!!

Cool. I think I need these pencils in my life. Nice to see the Lewis Chessmen. I lived on the Isle of Lewis where these were found, and did a t-shirt design for the local museum featuring them.

I have a set of watersoluble pencils, which paper do you use it on? Oops! A little later you mentioned types of paper so my question has been answered.😊Thanks
