Man alive, I've only got to save up 540 days pay and I'll have one of these! Great job Howard, a man's man and a fashionista rolled into one. Love the channel.
I love my talon but it needs more power without having to hop through all the hoops of buying a third party turbo. Not to mention there isn’t a diff lock that’s truly needed in the Florida mud. Yes there are override switches but I’ve seen 50/50 reviews on them. If Honda would install a factory turbo with a diff lock I’d buy another one yesterday.
Been a honda guy for most of my life started with a 1985 3 wheeler brand new in 1985 than a 87 Honda Forman 4x4 that i just sold to buy a sxs it would have been a talon but im old now n need a box so i bought a yamaha Rmax cuz it was the best of both worlds a sport and a utility sorry Honda had a good 30 year run with u but i want what i want
They increased the power of the EPS and should be fine up to 35's. 32's haven't been a big issue since day one with the Talon, though. If you're trying a slow turn on pavement with 32", heavy, truck style tires then you'll have a bit of trouble but otherwise most of the old ones had no issues with 32's.
I want one bad , but I think honda is wrong , they didn't look very closely at can am or rzr , honda is really down on power , there is a reason u see mostly those models on hatfield , honda is very behind times , but the big one is it does not use a belt
I follow Can Ams and RZRs all over the Glamis sand dunes in my 4-seat Talon X4. There's not a better case for more horsepower than the dunes and the Talon does great out there. The DCT transmission makes it possible. That's also why the Yamaha YXZ is so great in the dunes, as well with their sequential trans. The Talon is an awesome, tough, comparably inexpensive sport SXS that will outlast most of your buddies machines. Even being years behind in suspension and horsepower I would still buy a new Talon today.
The words "most exciting" and Honda do not belong in the same sentence together. Its still pretty far behind the competition and probably the slowest sport sxs on the market too.
KRX is far and away the slowest. The Talon wins all the time in desert racing, Pro-level short course, and has even won its class at King of Hammers ('21). It's not a 200+ hp machine but it also doesn't cost $40-50k. It's the best machine you can buy at it's price point. We drive all over Glamis in our X4 Fox Live Valve following built Can Ams, RZRs, and YXZs. You don't need max HP to have a blast.
It's not a top 4 "most exciting four-seater on the market" hahaha. Stick to lawn mowers and Civics, Honda. Go drive a Pro XP4 Ultimate, Pro R Ultimate, Turbo R Ultimate, whatever CanAm calls their Suburban, the General 4, or the Can Am Outlander 4. Real side by side guys laugh at Honda.
You think a General or an "Outlander" is more fun than a Talon? 😂 Well... I can tell you a general isn't doing half of what a Talon can do and an Outlander is a sit on top quad. Yeah, a newer RZR turbo car or an X3 is far ahead in power and suspension but the Talon is FAR cheaper and FAR more reliable. The Talon is awesome in desert racing because it's tough as nails and has the rock solid DCT (Can Am is gonna run away from everyone now with their DCT). If you wanna pretend to be an ultra 4 or Baja 1000 driver for under $30k new you can absolutely do that in a Talon.
😂😂Somebody is in their feelings....Sorry, I meant Commander. I made what we mortals call a mistake. I would ALL DAY LONG rather drive a General XP than a talon with those bicycle tires. Keep sucking off Honda engineers though. @@theingobeck4772

It's pretty cool to see Howard in the driver's seat for an off-road video! Keeps the boys honest!😂
Great video gents! Very nicely put together! Good drone shots and action shots, and as usual, informative and entertaining!
Wow, Honda covered all the bases with that thing.
Good morning 🌞☀️😃 TK love those shoes 👟 and the shirt 👔 👕

You gotta laugh at all the Honda-hater comments. Man, talk about butthurt.
Will the eps handle 32 inch tires now?

I have a 2020 X4 Live Valve and put 32's on it and while it rubs the inner fender well juuuust slightly, it's easy to steer.

Polaris xpedition blows this away, more expensive toooo
😂 Wut?
If you're going to review a new machine, u lost my interest in the first minute where you didn't even know how much suspension travel it has.
i could have done better.

He says exactly the correct suspension travel numbers??
Painful to watch you be so wrong
Has this clown ever driven a Pro XP4 or an X3 Max?? Pretty impressive to lose ALL credibility in just the video title.
About what?
