We're very excited to bring you our our test review of the fourth new sport side-by-side model from Honda in as many years as they've been in he segment, the 2023 Honda Talon 1000R-4 Fox Live Valve Edition. Can't wait to view your thoughts and questions on Honda latest sport SXS model.
the front frame in the front is very weak I bumped a small tree not going fast at all and bent the driver side frame so I bought the frame stiffner from super atv
Shock Therapy is simply marketing themselves. Stating the suspension is from 2012 seems dramatic, if they even said that. All stock UTV suspension, live valve or not, can always benefit from aftermarket treatment. In stock form, the Honda live valve performs well for the general driver.
The Talons rear suspension could use a longer trailing arm but, as demonstrated by the several Baja wins, Best in the Desert wins, and Pro-level Short Course wins a knowledgeable suspension person can make a Talon awesome.
LOL, If Honda paid us, why would we have criticized the tire size? Why would we have referred to its power output as a modest 104 horsepower? Why would we have pointed out the brake heating issues we have experienced in the past and our driver's desire for more breaking power? Why would we have referred to the digital display as basic? Why would we have complained about no backwall on the cargo bed? Seriously, if you're going to troll this channel, you have to at least watch the video first so you don't wind up humiliated.
@@wraith511802003 LOL. Manufacturers do not compensate us for reviewing their machines. That's why we are willing to criticize them. Heck, we would criticize them anyway.
@@wraith511802003 Defensive because you made the statement that honda sponsored this commercial. This was not a commercial it was a review. Had you asked if honda sponsored it we simply would have responded, no. Saying it was a Honda sponsored commercial implied that there was no criticism of the vehicle and only fluff.
Just bought the 2023 Talon 1000x4 fox live valve. It’s an awesome machine! More than capable enough for me.
@@that1chile585 Awesome!

Thank you for calling it a car and not a bike.
No problem. 🤣
U guys make the best videos on atvs and sxs . Fantastic job. H
Thank you! We do our best to cover as many details as possible. We know these are a big financial investment for our fellow off roaders.
Good edit! Very informative.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Love my yxz but the talon is nice also big fan of all sxs ill take anyone of them
We agree! There are a number of good options out there.
Is the rear suspension as bad as everyone says? I’ve heard they’re horribly stiff
are there any rattles like the older talons?
Had a talon x4 total dog. Sold it bought a Pro R and never looked back
@@monzterevoviii We would hope it's better at twice the price.🤣
@@UTVonDemand dang right 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

How good is Talon?
Build quality wise it's good. Not the fastest machine on the market but more than fast enough for most people.

👍👍👍
✌️
Please Honda, how about some bigger tires.
Agreed!
Fix the damn throttle on it too
What problems are you having?
Need more power not even an option for most people.
A lot of people do want more power. Some need it.
It’s not Japan built. These Talons are made in America!
True that! Honda is a japanese manufacturer though. We certainly appreciate that they build them here
Shock therapy said honda talon suspension is from a 2012 utv it is outdated from now utv market
Post the link to their video.

Be a good machine if they put some tires underneath of it The tires are a joke
Agreed!!!
Honda sponsored this commercial.

Did you get a demo modle to review?
