- How to Make Boba Fett's Blaster Pistol from the new Disney + series The Book of Boba Fett. This is a perfect foam prop for a new Star Wars Boba Fett or Mandalorian Cosplay. This cosplay safe foam pistol is hand made out of EVA HD-Foam, PVC pipes, and wood dowels so it is extremely lightweight In this video I showcase the tools and techniques used to assemble the blaster as well as the painting techniques to bring it to life. Including metallic replication using graphite powders and acrylic washes for the wood stock. If you would like to make your own I have Free PDF files available on my website that you can download to build right along with me.

Awesome build! I do have a question though, I've been trying to print this off and I'm having a lot of issues. I can't seem to find the correct way to print the files (maybe I'm using the wrong reader or acrobat) any advice on what to do?
Just follow the directions on my website and open the PDF in adobe acrobat or adobe reader and click poster in the page size area that scales it properly over several sheets regardless of your paper size

My foam is tough. But it just depends on how much wear and tear it will receive

Working on a few of your templates and in sanding I've run into 1 regularly occurring question. How should you judge how fast to set your rotary tool to? Thats the one thing I'm always curious about and can't figure out
I pretty much always set it to the highest rpm available. But definitely check out my how to make the ultimate sanding drum video because the grit of the drum along with a high rpm helps smooth the surface

SKS Props. How many times have you drilled your hand while holding the piece your drilling with that hand drill? I would have at least used a vise
🤣 I haven’t ever drilled my hand but if you don’t feel confident by all means use a vise or drill press 👍
